I gave it a one star rating to get your attention. The cleaning solution is great. I use to be able to buy a gallon at a time at the store. NOW, I have to buy a CASE. It is NOT carried at my store. Can you please bring it back. I purchased my carpet cleaner there... You still sell them but not this solution. I would love the option to purchase a gallon at a time.

product never showed up and several days after delivery date, no updates as to when or if it will even be delivered. Sams, you need to communicate better.

This actually is the best carpet cleaning solution I've ever used. I have been buying it for years in the store and I do not know why you chose to take it out of the store … inconveniently making me buy it online and four bottles at a time

Misleading reviews rating the actual product low because in-store availability is limited. Considering 1 jug of name brand at a box hardware store is the price of all 4 of these, this can't be beat. And the actual product is great! Deep cleans my carpet (from senior pets and kids) and smells great without being too strong. It does an excellent job deep cleaning, pulling more dirt than a previous orange store's brand even after just using it. The blue dye doesn't damage even the whitest of carpets and it's a nice visual for seeing your water tank level. Highly recommend.

We have used most all of the Carpet Cleaner solutions. None matched Member's Mark Cleaner performance. It even leaves the carpet smelling nice.

I love this stuff. It cleans really good and smells amazing.

Product itself is great, but I used to be able to buy it 1 at a time. And also was able in store. Please bring this back to store and/or the ability to buy 1 at a time.
