I used it on a few older stains that I didn’t think would come out, and after letting it sit and blotting as directed, they noticeably faded. It didn’t leave behind a strong chemical smell, which I really appreciated. The solutions was easy to apply and didn’t oversaturate the carpet. Overall, it made my carpets look much cleaner, and I’ll definitely keep this on hand for future spills.

The instructions are very vague, telling how to dilute the concentrate but nothing really on how to properly use the product. There is no indication of this product can be used in a carpet cleaner or if it is solely intended to be used for spot treatment. Finally there is no smell to this carpet cleaner. I would prefer my carpet cleaner to have a fresh smell to it.

NOW, I have to buy a CASE. It is NOT carried at my store. Can you please bring it back. I purchased my carpet cleaner there... You still sell them but not this solution. I would love the option to purchase a gallon at a time.

They used another scent and it doesn't come close to the old one. I own my own car detailing business and my clients loved the scent of the older one. Now they're remarks are are you using a new product cause this does not smell the same. It doesn't have that sweet clean refreshing smell as what you used before. Needless to say I won't order this product again. Sam's bring back the old scent.TIM

Considering 1 jug of name brand at a box hardware store is the price of all 4 of these, this can't be beat. And the actual product is great! Deep cleans my carpet (from senior pets and kids) and smells great without being too strong. It does an excellent job deep cleaning, pulling more dirt than a previous orange store's brand even after just using it. The blue dye doesn't damage even the whitest of carpets and it's a nice visual for seeing your water tank level. Highly recommend.
