The playset is perfect -- installation was reasonably priced (would have been quickly installed had the weather not rained us out 3 times - but the installer was great with communication) -- and their customer service department was very efficient. I am super happy and my kids are enjoying it alot! Just wish I'd opted more a total of 4 swings to stop the arguments... :)

Purchased this in May 2018. I have 6 grand kids and so far no major problems. The steering wheel bolt broke. Replacement bolts and nuts were ordered and on the way. I could not find the bolts or nuts at any hardware stores. Lifetime replaced the bolts and nuts free of charge. Nice!

My kids (1 and 3) love this already. I will say that most things where not really labeled properly so putting together was slightly confusing we had 6 adults and put it together in about 4 hours the tower took the most work. My oldest calls it a castle. This overall will have endless fun and grow with them also no annual upkeep like wood sets which is a huge plus in my book.

Was fun and fairly easy to put together. It was my 17 year old daughter and myself who did most of the work with some help from my 11 & 4 year old daughters as well. My wife and myself can both be swinging at the same time with very little movement. Great investment.

We bought this 2 months ago for our boys (6&7) one of which has a slight weight problem. Since we set it up we have had a hard time getting them to come inside. My son has only lost a few pounds but has built muscle and toned up a lot. Thanks so much for getting them out from in front of t.v. and tablets! The have so much fun!!

This product is really nice. I assembled the entire play set by myself, so if you are out there and you have no help, it is doable. I was concerned about my 20 month old not being able to climb the ladder, she climbs it just fine, I do stand beside her just in case though. I did make several mistakes when building it though. I would build so far until I realized that something wasn't right, then I would go back and fix it, which was easy enough, just time consuming. The only thing I would change if I was a engineer at Lifetime is install another step or two at the top of the ladder. In fact, I may contact them on trying to get a couple more.

I specifically bought this playset for the step-kids (ages 10 & 12) and my grandkids (ages 1 & 3). I'm expecting more grands. I wanted something that would work for all ages and last many years. I was surprised when the 3 year old climbed the rock wall and was able to easily navigate the steps and the older kids enjoyed it as much as the 3 y.o.... It isn't completely set up yet, have the tower done, but the kids, all ages, had a blast. I even got myself up there and went down the slide. There's a lot of cool features not advertised, such as the road for cars on the floor of the tower and the driving wheel. I can't wait to get the rest set up this week. We had a couple damaged parts and Lifetime immediately sent replacement parts. They said it would be about a week or two, and it was literally two to three days delivered. I highly recommend this company for their customer service and this playset will last for many, many years.

The instructions were well written--lots of visuals. The materials were organized really well so it was easy to put together. It still took us a few days just because there are so many steps. The materials are great quality. This is going to last years and years!

Kids absolutely love this swing set, quality materials. The anchor system i feel should be sturdier. We used the two cable anchors sent to anchor down the monkey bars, and anchored the tower down inside with 4 fence post tied down, the play set survived 70+ MPH wind with no shifting or damage!

My 6 and 4 year old are loving this playset. Of course we couldn't wait for family help to assemble so my husband did the whole thing himself in the 90 degree heat. I helped hold things occasionally but it wasn't usually essential. It took about 12-15 hours I'd say and the directions are pretty good. Very sturdy even with very high swinging and adults playing, too.
