The smell lasts throughout the day and night. It also hasn’t broken them out. It’s my favorite baby-smelling lotion for my girls.

Dear J&J, I sincerely hope you are not only reading these reviews, but LISTENING to your LIFE-LONG customers. This new formula stings my skin, leaves a sticky film, and has a strong perfume scent. Your products have been safe, gentle, and trusted for GENERATIONS and that’s why families love it. Unfortunately, after nearly 50 years of being a faithful customer I will have to find a new product.

I am really disappointed with the new Johnson & Johnson baby lotion. I have used this baby lotion for over 50 years. The texture feels sticky on the skin. Even after rubbing it in, it leaves an uncomfortable residue that doesn’t absorb well. The smell is also unpleasant and not what I’d expect from a baby product. Rather than a clean, gentle scent, it has an odd fragrance. For a lotion marketed for babies and sensitive skin, this was especially disappointing. Overall, this reformulation is a letdown. I wouldn’t recommend it and won’t be purchasing it again unless changes are made to improve both the texture and the scent.

I recently bought a bottle of the new formula of the pink lotion and I totally hate it. It leaves a left over feel and the smell is gone. All of which I purchase this lotion for. I have been using this lotion for years and I am so disappointed in this new formula.

The ingredients are friendly to baby skin, and she hasn't had any problem. It helps hydrated skin pretty, especially for this season. it added Aloe with vitamin B5. Prevon all-day hydration. Moreover, this product is good for newborn and delicate skin. The price is also affordable.

Makes it easy to get lotion on your hand and hold your wiggly baby still with your other hand at the same time. The scent is a light soft smell leaving your little one smelling soft and clean. The lotion goes on smooth and soaks up into your littles skin leaving no residue behind.

And about the size it will last forever because its a huge bottle. Itmoisturizes my babies skin so well, i have been looking for a lotion like this for so long. I am so happy i got this.

Please bring back the old scent! It was the quintessential "baby" scent. The new scent is somewhat offensive to the senses. While I appreciate that Johnson's is using less, more natural ingredients in the lotion, I also find the formula to leave a tacky/sticky film on the skin. I will probably search for another brand, like Baby Magic, or higher-end Aveeno or CeraVe.

Just replenished our bottle. What a disappointment! Didn't see it said "new formula" on bottle. You will immediately notice after your first use. This new formula reminds me of much cheaper brands. Not a better formula. I can see a company updating labels to add QR codes etc. But then also notice the small print on back bottom. There is also a new company name KENVUE Brands (No longer has Johnson's there on back bottom as it does on my previous bottle-I still had) I wasn't going to return as I had opened. But since they ALSO changed company names along with this new formula, now it all makes sense. Everything's changed ... deceptive I will be returning.

The dispensing valve makes it easy. Consistency is the same as usual. The texture helps because it does and doesn’t leave a sticky or oily feel. Just soft and hydrated.
