[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is super smooth on my children’s skin. They are sensitive to a lot of things and this helps. Using this after bath time helps my kids feel soft and even cleaner. The packaging came damaged but the item was fine.

Bring back the original! The new version is not at all improved, and in fact, it smells rather like a rotten muskrat. Why did you exchange the gentle, pleasing, soft smell of the original for something so strong and pungent? I will not be buying this product again even though I used the original for well over forty years.

Ordered the lotion online and saw that it was a new label new formula. With hesitation I tried it to make sure it smelled the same. Can you say HORRIBLE! I mean it’s not bad but Please bring back the original it smells way better.. I’ve been using it for years and don’t think I’ll be purchasing anymore. The new formula is not it.

The ingredients are friendly to baby skin, and she hasn't had any problem. It helps hydrated skin pretty, especially for this season. it added Aloe with vitamin B5. Prevon all-day hydration. Moreover, this product is good for newborn and delicate skin. The price is also affordable.

Bring back the original! The original scent!!! The new formula is awful! It stinks! Why fix something that wasn’t broken! At least give people the option of the original formula and let them decide!!! Bad move J&J! Will no longer use J&J until they bring back the original!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I love Johnson’s Baby Cream! It’s a must in their bath routine. It’s gentle on my babies’ skin and has that classic, delicious baby scent. Their skin stays soft and hydrated for hours. We absolutely love it!

Honestly disappointed. I have a heavy sensitivity to any lotion and the original baby lotion was the only lotion I can use. I can’t get this anywhere anymore. This new one not only does it irritate my skin but I am breaking out in an allergic rash reaction. It also smells like spoiled diapers or something. I really need to old version to come back out. Keep it as is and keep the new one out for those who can use it.

As an adult daily user, I reluctantly adjusted to the new formula several years ago. It made sense to remove the parabens, phthalates, dyes, and sulfates. I really missed the iconic smell! Why would you change it yet again? Terribly disappointed. It is so far removed from your iconic brand and is sad to see. It reminds me of New Coke in the 80s; bad decision! My advice, don't forget about those customers who have loyally used your prodcuts for years. Find a balance between marketing to newer generations while maintaining and keeping your loyal long time customers. Please consider giving us an option versus forcing our hand; many of us are moving on to your competitors as a result.

Please bring back the old formula without the Vitamin E. the new fragrance and texture is not the same as the original and should be offered as an alternative, not replace the original product. please revert this change. i am having to buy travel sizes of the old formula just to maintain this time period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion: I’m no stranger to Johnson and Johnson baby products, but I usually only use the body washes and not so much the lotions. This may be the first of the lotions that I more than tolerated on both myself and the babies. The scent isn’t overwhelming or too strong. It does have that baby scent like powder fresh etc and it is nice. The lotion itself goes on soft, absorbs well into skin, doesn’t leave any residue or stickiness. Didn’t irritate my babies sensitive skin. Would definitely recommend this lotion from the Johnson line above the others.
