The new formula is absolutely horrible. It has too many scents and it is not as thick as the old one. I've been using the old one as long as I can remember 40+ years…. And now I cannot find it anywhere !!! why fix something that was not broken.!!!! 😡

I have used Johnson's baby soaps and lotions on all of my children because I liked the smell the best. I thought the feel of the products was good and my babies were so soft. I bought the new formula and it is awful. My son's skin is noticeably drier. And the new scent is horrendous. I am really sad because I can no longer use this product and the smell of my babies is gone.

This new floral scent is just awful. My daughter is 8 and I have been using the original formula since day one. I am now looking for another brand to buy because unfortunately neither of us like the new one. I would say a least offer both options for the ones who do like it.

And this new Jhonson's formula honestly surprised me because it feel so light, soft, and easy to apply. But honestly, I think my daughter loved it even more than I did. Hahaha She seemed to love the scent, and her skin felt moisturized without feeling heavy or greasy.

It is definitely good for newborns or delicate skin it will not disrupt the natural ph. It absorbs pretty quick so baby feels comfortable in it & doesn't leave no residue. Your baby's skin will thank you.

After a bath and some of this lotion that absorbed into their skin so easily, was not too think on my hands while applying, and was easy to squeeze, they had their baby soft skin back! The smell is there, but not too strong. Their skin is still soft and moisturized next day!

I religiously use this baby lotion but this new formula is terrible, it does not smell good and does not feel good, it feels greasy. Whomever was the head of this idea needs to rethink why you would completely change what I'm sure is one of the most popular products/ lotions after all this time. Was anyone complaining, probably not. Y'all need to bring back the old formula asap and leave leave stuff alone. This literally doesn't even feel like lotion. Poor choice. Im very unhappy with this purchase and will be sure to not purchase this new formula again and will tell everyone I know that it sucks 😞

I have been a lifetime user of Johnson's baby lotion… only thing as an adult I could use on my highly sensitive skin. Also the only product my kids could use. This has since changed since your formula change… the new lotion is sticky and makes my entire family break out! Also the scent is terrible! Over powering… if I wanted that scent I would have used baby magic because that's what it seems you are trying to imitate. Bring back the old formula no need to change something so good! If not you've lost a lifetime customer
