My wife and mother purchased this for the kids and they hate it. We are now trying to locate retailers near us that may still have a few of the original lotions in stock. So far we are not in luck. Where retailers still carry the old scent (local or online) in Columbia, SC?

I have been using the Johnson’s iconic pink baby lotion for as long as I can remember. My boyfriend has as well, we use it on our child and I buy it as a gift for every baby shower I attend. It is a staple in our home and is in every travel toiletrie bag. I recently purchased a new bottle and thought that perhaps just the packaging had changed. Upon opening the bottle of lotion I immediately realized a difference in color & smell and soon thereafter noticed a lack of softness once I applied. I am grateful that I opened and tried the lotion first being that my boyfriend and child have incredibly sensitive skin and are prone to rashes and breakouts. Not only are we completely unhappy with the change in formula but also very frustrated with the fact that there was no clear warning that I was purchasing a completely different product. Had it been used on my child first and a breakout or rash occurred I would have been devasted. We hope you bring back the old/original lotion for those that were happy with it, used it for decades and used it especially for sensitive skin. I do not want to bash your new product as I am sure there are some people who are content with it. Hopefully your company can be successful selling both products, being that they are 2 distinctly different products. I would also ask that you clarify, with packing, which product is which. We intend to be loyal costumers but may be forced to go with something different. Thank you for allowing us to address our concerns. And to be frank, please do not reply with an automated message asking me to call an 800 number unless you plan to rectify this mishap with my family personally. My email address has been attached.

It is such a lightweight Protection. The lotion is not only hypoallergenic, it is extremely gentle. A quick absorption and leaves no residue. I can’t praise this lotion enough. I not only buy this lotion for my baby, but I’ve also bought several for my family to use everyday. A brand that I trust!!! I did receive this sample for free, in return for my honest opinion.

I bought this new bottle of lotion and was just sick! I’ve used your lotion my whole life and I’m 60. The lovely smell which I’ve always loved is gone. This was one of the main reasons I bought your lotion. The new lotion smells awful and is watery. I miss the soft pink. I will return it tomorrow. Please bring back the original formula!! If you want to sell a version for people who are sensitive to scent and color make this version unscrntrd fir them. But do t stop making the original lotion we all love. I agree if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. It was perfect as it was. How can you be so stupid as to ruin the best lotion made? Please tell me you will make the original formula again!!! Or I won’t be buying your product again. I buy this and your baby wash always. But I will no longer unless the original version is made again.

Its super gentle on the skin and leaves there skin feeling super soft, moisturized, and hydrated. This lotion has always been my favorite and we will forever use it

I purchased a few bottles of this new "Johnson's Baby Lotion" a few weeks ago, I was so disappointed in the scentless product. I enjoyed the baby scent of the original Johnson's Baby Lotion. Please don't take the original away, everyone is not allergenic and some adults do enjoy Johnson & Johnson products.

This new formula is horrible. Makes me break out! Smell isn't as good and the texture of the lotion is even different. Why would you go from making a great product to making lesser product. It's a shame! I use to recommend this product to my friends all the time. But definitely no longer. Nor will I be using this new formula lotion. I have used the old formula lotion my entire life. From a baby to adult of 36 years old. And I do buy some great pricey make-up but still stick to this lotion as my moisturizer. Even a whole body moisturizer and It's sad to say that I have to stop buying a product I love because it is discontinued and replaced with a horrible product. Why would you do such a thing? I'm not the only one that complains about this! Johnson what are you doing over there?? Bring back the old formula!! Please!

I used to not be keen on the original pink lotion, as I did not like the scent and the texture. I live in the UK and order US Johnson’s products online. This new baby lotion is fabulous and I hope the new formula is eventually going to be available to buy in the UK. Currently we just have the traditional products. Please can we have these new formulas too? The pump is fantastic and simple to use. It is nice and sturdy.

I just bought this today because I was intrigued by the addition of coconut oil. It IS quite different from the original- I can understand why a lot of people might not be happy with it. While I'm another who is going to miss the old scent, I don't mind the new one too much because on me it isn't as strong( I get migraines ). I actually find this formula more moisturizing. I think it's because I had only used the original off and on throughout my life that I'm not as bothered by the changes as others and honestly if the formula is healthier I'm all for it. Hope J&J can sort it all out so everyone can be happy.
