I've been using J&J baby lotion for probably 60+ years. Got down to where it wouldn't pum p any more and turned it upside down like I've done for years, tried taking the lid off and if WON'T come off. So you can't get to all the lotion that is left in there. First the bottles aren't even full when you buy it and then you can't even use what's in there. Who ever thought this new HORRID lid should be fired! Until this is fixed I will no longer be buying J&J baby lotion!! With this lid I would never recommend this to anyone.

It made my babies skin super soft and silky with a fresh scent and didn't break her out as she does have sensitive skin. I have already purchased the matching baby wash. I love these products and the packaging is really nice and its easy to dispense and use!

I have been buying the Vanilla Oat Baby Lotion for a couple years now and recently I saw they changed the bottle. I bought the same kind I always do and I don’t know why they changed the actual lotion? It’s knock off quality at best. It used to be thick and wonderful for my child’s skin and since they “revamped” it, it’s like water lotion. I might as well start purchasing the store brands now to save money as this is the same quality as that now. Feels, looks and smells like cheap baby lotion.

I bought the orginal pink lotion, it is watery and lost it's scent. I also purchased the oatmeal for my husband, he won't even use it. The pump is harder to use, less product....you will need to use at least 3 times as much, so I understand why Johnson and Johnson would want you to have to buy it more often. I will not be buying their new formula lotions ever again unless they bring back the thick old recipe. Waste.. I give a negative 3 stars if I could.

I didn't even realize that there was a change in the ingredients. Just thought that the container was new. I was surprised when I went to use it. Its watery & doesn't smell the same. Been using this product for 40 years. Definitely will be looking for another brand!! Doesn't even deserve one star

It’s 2019. How is there not a way to incorporate the ORIGINAL scent with the new ingredients the company clearly wants? (Even though I like the old formula better). I used to recommend J&J baby lotion to ALL of my friends because it was amazing on my combination skin, didn’t make me break out, and didn’t make my skin oily. It was my secret. The perfect moisturizer. Now it’s ruined and I smell like garbage.

It’s absolutely the only brand that I trust and this baby lotion is no exception. I use it on the whole family and it just makes everyone’s skin so soft and supple. The scent is just perfect because Its so subtle and not too overpowering. It’s perfect for my family’s sensitive skin and does not cause any irritation. Definitely will be repurchasing over and over again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Johnson's Baby Lotion is one of the few my child is able to tolerate because she has eczema real bad, This lotion does not sting her or burn on the patches of eczema and I think I tried everything else but this lotion. I am very glad I tried it and I intend to keep buying it. Sometimes I use it too. Love the smell also !

I always used this lotion for my daughter and myself. After purchasing the new formula, I was so disappointed. I miss the smell of the old formula too. I’ve been checking several stores hoping to find a bottle of the original. I agree with some of the other unsatisfied customers. At least make the other kind an option.
