I got this product as a gift from my Sister for my daughter and I was going to take it back to the store because I thought it was the wrong product . Only to find out you guys changed everything up . I decided to try it out and I am very disappointed . The smell of it is gone . I compared it to the original and the feel of it is gone as well . This makes me sad because now I feel like my daughters skin isn’t as moisturized as before and she doesn’t have that same baby smell to her . I wish and hope you guys change to the original formula and just keep the new look . Otherwise I think you might loose me as a loyal customer

I have been a long time user of Johnson and Johnson products, however they lost a customer. The new lotion smells awful and nothing like it used to. The previous formula had a gentle baby powder smell which reminded you of babies whenever you smelled it. The new formula has a cheap perfume smell and it’s awful. I’m going to have to find something else.

What a waste of money! The bottle design is terrible. I could not get it opened. When I tried, the dispenser broke off. I tried to pour it into another bottle. That didn't work either. The product feels more like softened paraffin than lotion. I can't begin to tell you how angry I am. You have ruined what was a wonderful product. Now, I have to find another lotion.

Oh, the precious scent of baby...I love using this during the day if I have to change my baby's clothes after a messy diaper, messy meal, or messy playtime. It just gives her skin a little moisture after getting wiped down and it smells so so good. Mmmm, I love the snuggly, soft scent of this on our sweet baby! I don't use it at night because I use a lavender scented product, but I won't want to be without this during the day. #mommamusthaves #baby

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Johnson's Baby Lotion is just the thing for baby's delicate skin. I love the way it smells and feels and it is the perfect after bath lotion for my 1 month old grandaughter. She loves getting her afterbath massage using Johnson's Baby lotion.

This lotion burns my skin and my kids skin we turn red to much alcohol in it plus it needs less harsh ingredients Johnson's was my favorite until I seen all these bad things maybe you sould make it safer with less ingredients and no alcohol or aluminum

Your baby lotion has been around for FOREVER. I do not understand what the change in the formula is supposed to accomplish. If it is to reduce costs, then that is disappointing.... for a huge company like Johnson and Johnson I would have thought more customer input and research would have been put into this new decision. I am so sad that I will never have the baby lotion I’ve been using from the day I was born to today at 20 years old. In a nutshell I am just shocked and deeply disappointed.

I will never give up on posting such comments for my life - but please please bring back the old formula as an option to people like me as it is VERY IMPORTANT for my life to be able to have access to that nostalgic smell that makes me happy and motivated especially during winter seasons. idc if you are even selling it at like, idk hundreds of dollars? I just need it.

Long time user of the original J&J. I love new the formula dislike the the idea of not having the ability to unscrew the top. Cutting the top off of the bottle just to o get to the lotion at the bottom makes it kinda pointless. I like the ability to unscrew the bottle to completely empty the bottle. If you make a pump bottle with a removable lid that would be great, otherwise I love the new formula with coconut oil.
