The ORIGINAL Johnson’s Baby Lotion was all I used since being a baby. It was literally the best lotion period. This NEW FORMULA, however, IS HORRIBLE. It leaves a sticky residue, does not hydrate and leaves skin feeling gross. PLEASE BRIGN ORIGINAL FORMULA BACK!!!!!!

I bought this about a month ago. When using.. I noticed the overpowering scent. After putting it on my legs.. they began to itch. I’ve used the old formula for years and it was so soothing. I must be allergic to whatever they changed it to. The non screw top new bottle is terrible too! Please bring back the original formula.

I’ve been using J&J baby lotion ever since I remember. I’m 27 (+13). I loved everything about this lotion I now use it on my kids I got my husband addicted to it too. Works better on my skin than adult lotions. What I loved most besides keeping my skin moisturized was the smell. Ahhh the smell. It’s not the same with this new white looking lotion. I feel heart broken. Like when your favorite restaurant you’ve been going since you were a kid closed down and you’ll never have it again but crave it all the time. Please bring back the smell good.

I have used the Original Baby Lotion since I was a child and I am now 55 years old and it is the only thing I use on my face. I went to buy a new one today and just opened it and the smell is NASTY! Please bring back the Original because I will NEVER use another Johnson and Johnson product!

For the past 22 years, since birth, I have used and loved Johnson’s baby lotion in the original sent. It has worked miracles on my eczema and the smell is amazing. It seems though for the past year with this new formula the lotion has dropped in quality. It is now very thin and does not work for my skin. Also it lost the original Johnson’s Baby Lotion smell. I was able to find the older formula at a local pharmacy and have stock piled on it in hopes that Johnson’s has seen the errors they have made. I would love to use this when my son in born in September but for now I have reluctantly avoided putting it on the registry. Please bring back the amazing lotion we all know and love.

I have used this lotion literally since I was a baby. My mom uses it and all my sisters, I used it on my children as well as myself. I have loved this lotion and turned many of my friends and family onto this lotion. This was the best lotion in the market for the price. It HAD great coverage, smelled great, loved the new apple blossom, and lasted. I am not sure why you have reformulated or changed something perfect?? Then repackaged it like you're streamline, non classic bottle would fool us diehards??? I WANT MY LOTION BACK !! I liked the classic packaging too. But whatever. This watery fake imposter formula excuse for Johnsons and Johnson baby lotion will not do. You can dress up cheap lotion in a nice bottle but it's still dollar store quality at this point. So so so sad and now I have a find a new lotion. Say goodbye to a 45 year customer. If you decide to return to your original quality product I will return.

I have used Johnson's baby lotion from head to toe every day for about the last 16 years. If I don't put it on right after a shower, my skin feels horrible. When I saw the new bottle, I thought it was just new packaging so I did the same thing. Big mistake! I broke out in hives all over my body and the new lotion smells horrible. Now I need to find a new lotion (from a different company) to use. You have lost an extremely loyal and valuable customer with this new lotion.

I have been using Johnson's baby lotion for the last 33 years of my life. It is only lotion I ever use. I am so disappointed that yet another product has decided to jump on the bandwagon of stupidity. My skin has been suffering the last few weeks and now I have to find something new - it's definitely not this new redesigned coconut oil farce. It's like getting a divorce from someone you really love and now you have to start dating again... You broke my heart J&J. My skin will never be the same. Best wishes to your company.

My twin babies smell so fresh after using this baby lotion. It is very gentle and is great for my babies’ sensitive skin. It has a nice creamy and smooth feeling to it. My twin babies skin feels so soft after using this lotion. They have very dry skin and with this lotion their skin feels very moisturized and soft. It is easy to dispense the right amount with the pump dispenser. You don’t need a lot because it really absorbs well into the skin so the bottle will last a long time. It doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy feeling to the skin. I love that this baby lotion doesn’t contain any parabens, phthalates or dyes. A great safe and gentle lotion to keep baby’s skin moisturized. I really recommend this baby lotion.
