[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this new Johnson’s baby lotion for my child because it’s extra gentle on her skin and has an amazing coconut smell! The pump is easy to get the lotion out and as she has sensitive skin this doesn’t irritate whatsoever! I love that it is safe with nonparabens, phthalates or dyes. It’s important to me to have something safe for my babies skin so this is perfect!

I've been using this lotion every day for 50+ years, but I cannot use the new formula. Everything about it is awful, especially the reality that it doesn't absorb into your skin. It leaves a horrible white coating on my skin - I hate it! Please bring back the original formula. If you have to make a new and improved then have both, so those of us who are lifelong customers don't have to leave. Right now, J&J has left me no choice. I cannot use the new formula. When I first got it I thought it was a defective bottle and I returned it. When the second bottle was the same I thought it was the store and the whole batch was bad, so I went to a different retailer and bought it. But alas, it was the same. Not usable. And definitely wouldn't use it on a baby's skin, given that it causes my own skin such trouble.

I was a very loyal and happy customer of Johnson's products, but now I refuse to spend another dime... I have used Johnson's products for the better part of 30 years, it was the only lotion I used on my skin but now I refuse to put that new stuff on my skin. I Have bought two different bottles that both came with two different scents(both horrible). I believe that you should at least advertise the new scent on your bottles, I thought I was buying the original scents.. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE NEW LINE OF PRODUCTS. Why change a great classic in the first place? At least give people the option between the old and the new.

We love Johnson’s baby lotion because it really helps with not only the kids skin but I use it on my skin as well! It feels so silky and who doesn’t like that baby scent. This helps skin stay so hydrated without that sticky heavy feeling.

I have been using your baby lotion every day for over 20years. And I have to say since you have change the formula of the lotion I am not a fan of it at all. Now I need to find a new lotion. I wish you would bring back the old version. If it isn’t broke don’t fix it.

I was about to buy a replacement bottle of this. But I see the packaging has changed to a pump, and some reviewers are complaining that the formula has been changed. I've used this product my whole life and love the scent and the pink color. The old 15 oz bottle was perfect. Easy to use, the whole thing is recyclable, and you can get the last of it out of the bottle. I hope you change back to the old packaging. I will not be repurchasing for the moment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this lotion it has coconut oil and is hypoallergenic. The lotion keeps baby skin soft all day long. It is really a great lotion to put on baby after a warm bath sooo soft. The scent is light and clean. Thank you Johnson and Johnson for another great product.

My wife has been an advocate of this for as long as I've known her. Has the softest skin in the world because of it. Purchased this thinking she'd like the new formula, but nope she hated it. Very watered down. And as she's 6 months pregnant, she's now at a crossroad to find a new brand for her and our soon to be baby girl. Sorry look like you lost a long time customer. Should create both formulas for sale like how Coca-Cola went back to "classic" but offer the new formula to be more "inclusive".
