I am 63 yrs old and have used this product most of my life. I even used the hand cream in a jar when I was a teenager (remember the hand cream?) Used it on my kids, they use it on their kids.....It always had that smell that could be used with any fragrance you were wearing, men or women. Now.... it’s too flowery or something and really don’t like it. Please bring the old one back and you can also keep the new one. That way consumers can have a choice

Just opened a new bottle and thought I mistakenly bought the wrong product. I’ve been using this lotion for over 20 years and the new formula is horrible. It takes three times the amount of time to rub it in and it has a much thicker and greaser after-feel to it. I fear I’m going to have to look for another product should this remain.

Been using Baby Lotion since I was a kid. The new formulation is actually more effective and less greasy on my skin, but the strength of the perfume is waaaay too much. Can't use it on my face because I can't stand having it close to my nose. The Oat and Cotton Touch versions are even worse. Unbearable. And since I see I'm hardly the only one to notice this, how about coming out with an "unscented" version?

I have used J&J Baby lotion for many, many years for myself and my baby. The clean baby smell is one of the best feature about it. I purchased the new bottle and didn't realize the scent has changed. It smells like a bathroom cleaner now. What happened?? I wish I can return all of them because I bought several bottles at once.

I bought the Johnson's baby lotion (1000 Ml and 500 Ml)--your new packaging is terrible. The tube reaches down about 90% in the container--after that you cannot get the rest of the cream out because the bottle is sealed. As a result, I have had to throw out at least 2 to 3 oz. of product. You really need to return to your original packaging, this is nothing short of a con-job. After all these years you have lost me

I’ve been using Johnson Baby Lotion since I was a teenager in the 60’s. I’m fine with the new formula - but the packaging...NO! The pump is fused with the bottle & cannot be unscrewed. I’m about to throw out a bottle that has approx 1” of product still inside, but I can’t access it. What a waste! Please return to the previous bottle, so the last portion can be shaken out manually - or even the small cap. Your customers are quite capable of dealing with a cap. Whoever thought up this new bottle has no idea! Also, I wash all bottles before they go in the recycling, but this one will have to go as is. I’m so disappointed.

It rubs in easily and leave akin feeling soft and hydrated. I only with it were slightly thicker. Otherwise trustworthy product that I will be using again!

I am DEVASTATED that you changed the formula for the baby lotion!!! My family has used Johnson’s baby lotion for over 30 years. My mom introduced me and my sisters to it as babies, and in turn I’ve used it on my own children since they were babies. As an adult I still use it every single day as my daily moisturizer. This new formula honestly is awful. It’s no where near as moisturizing. It leaves a greasy film instead of absorbing and moisturizing the skin like the previous / original formula. I also miss the original sweet scent. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t keep your original formula and then offer a non scented thinner version or something, as clearly that’s what this new one is. PLEASE, PLEASE bring the original back. I know it might sound silly to be devastated over a new lotion formula but truly, that’s how I feel. My sisters feel the same way. Our mom just passed away 3 months ago and Johnson’s Baby Lotion was her signature scent and lotion that she had used for years and years. And this formula change has just been a big heartbreak. Not just for my own daily lotion preference but also emotionally as it brought so much comfort smelling her scent on a daily basis as I continued to wear it. Please bring the original back!!!
