bought one tv and within 2 days a fine pixelated line appeared down the screen. took it back, bought a new one. within a single day the top left corner started to darken and spread throughout the tv. i love samsung phones and kitchen appliances, but i don't recommend their tvs. very disappointed, but as the 5itle says, the picture was nice while it lasted

Extremely happy with my purchase!

I'll never buy another brand even though they say they are as good as Samsung. No way. This is the best TV I've ever owned!

Nice Image but Some Lag on Home Screen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV images are more than acceptable. It is nice and clear. However, wish the remote had a HULU TV button. Plus the remote seemingly lags moving the cursor over when utilizing the home screen and switching apps. That is my least favorite feature but the TV is fine and worth the affordable price.

Samsung delivers again with Crystal UHD
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV all around has a decent SMART Universal Guide, UI experience, and ease of use to access various apps and add new ones. Crazy details that certainly making rewatching older and newer films quite an eye-opening experience. SMART features make it easy to sync with devices and other tech. There are quite a few options to update or moderate your preferred settings for color, brightness, balance, etc. Only thing that this TV doesn't handle well with higher colorful settings is gradients; things get muddy and not as smooth as other Samsung models, whether it'd be on an app screen or within a video.
Good quality if there wasn't a bright spot
i've been a samsung tv owner for many years now, so i was excited to get another for a different room. unfortunately, there is a bright spot in the top middle part of the screen that never goes away! i looked up past reviews, and it looks like this is a common issue and not a defect that went into recall. sad the tv has this spot as the apps all work fine on it and it's user friendly.

It's a good television.
i am satisfied with the tv. the only thing that bothers me about my purchase is i didn't know anything about samsung tv plus. i think that's the right name. i absolutely hate how it automatically starts playing a random cable channel when the television is turned on and i haven't chosen something yet. i also don't like it turning my playstation on just because i turned the tv on. i want the television and the playstation to be connected but that seems just inconvenient. tv is smart so there's really no need to turn on the playstation unless i'm about to play a game. other than those few nitpicks the tv is great.

2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

Great Overall, However...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great set and we really.love it, however we were really anticipating having the ability to see our samsung cameras and smartthings on it. The application does not exist despite the fact that everyone said smartthings is available on this tv to control all of our smartthing devices straight from the TV starting with this series. We're extremely disappointed because of this bit happy with everything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that I didn't think I would even be using the smart features on this tv because I had a ROKU, but I was wrong. I use these features all the time, as a matter of fact I am using the internet right now to write this review. Not only is this tv packed with features, it allows for the connection of external devices to make using this tv even easier. I connect my MX Keys keyboard, mouse, and many other devices to my tv all the time. I am using my keyboard and mouse now to write this review. This TV is so versatile, with the ability to adjust the picture according to what you are watching, to adjusting the equalizer for the internal speakers to get the best sound possible. Speaking of sound, this TV is also bluetooth capable so you can also connect your favorite headset, earbuds, or headphones and watch what you want to w/out disturbing anyone in the house. This feature is one of the many reasons why I picked this TV. There isn't enought room to write a review that would cover all the features and options this TV has and offers. If you buy this TV you won't be dissappointed, I know I'm not. I also want to say, with having a ROKU device already and already having it up and running I didn't think I would use the streaming features on this TV, but it was super easy to set up and I was wrong, with the push of a button, I am watching the Weather Channel, or switch, and I am watching Netflix. Like I said, I am very very impressed with this TV, and it's features.
