[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is not very bright. The smart tuner loses app sign-in info or ability and the TV has to be unplugged and rebooted to make it right. I would not have expected this from, what is supposed to be, such a good brand. I am very disappointed and will probably go back to Insignia.

If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Solid Yet Underwhelming
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use mine for streaming and web surfing. The capability to interact with so many streaming applications is great. I wish the web browser was better and had a better interface. The picture is surprisingly difficult to adjust and is nothing special but blacks are especially disappointing.; There is so little depth the blacks actually become mirror like. The settings are difficult and sporadically available. Meaning buttons may be grayed out for no reason.
Good TV, hobbled by constant Wifi disconnects
tv is good, although i am seriously considering returning this 3-month old tv because the wifi connection is constantly dropping now. it was working fine, but now i'm noticing it can't connect after i turn the tv off for the night. the next morning it sees the wifi but isn't able to connect. searching online comes up with many people having this same issue, with no fix by samsung thus far. i would seriously consider if the need for a samsung tv is worth this hassle. it isn't 1995 anymore; fix the problem!

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Picture is great
picture is great but remote is garbage, lag time is not acceptable. function buttons are under the middle of tv requiring you to feel around and hope you get the right one. then when you find it it might respond. purchased yesterday taking back today!

My Galaxy TV is amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is truly amazing. It's capabilities are endless. We use our Samsung TU7000 for all our entertainment. We love having movie night now and this TV actually has a movie settings wich gives it that authentic theater atmosphere. It's great for playing games. Works really great with Playstation, Nintendo, and Xbox 1. We couldn't ask for a better TV. So grateful to have mine.
Not enough apps to download
the tv is good have a good quality but the problem is that its not like a roku tv that lets you search for any app availble loke for example usa network i can download the app on roku tv but samsung tv doesnt even have ot and is a free app why? like other apps i had search and nothing, and the controller lags a lot when u searching or switching it lags so bad so those are the flaws i dont like about it but other than that its ok
Great app options

We have a wide range of options for streaming since we do not use a cable provider. The picture quality is excellent and we enjoy the sound quality especially while watching movies and sports.
Great tv, Reasonable price!

I love that I can screen share from my phone to the tv. Really enjoy the Samsung tv plus feature. Get a bunch of free channels. 10/10 highly recommend!
