[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although now a 2-year old model with slightly older technology, the TU7000 is still a very capable performer and strong compared to its peers. LED images are sharp, and the sound system is good where some brands may be a struggle to be heard when the surrounding gets noisy. Excellepnt value for the money.
Ui sucks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good image but holy mother of God the ui with remote is awful! I dumped cable and just went internet thinking it would save me time - no. Still one of the Worst operating experiences I have ever had with a TV. I like Samsung alot, but this is So cumbersome and so not intuitive - almost as bad as Apple products. Well, that might be a little too harsh... now. It sucks. Makes me dread turning it on.
Great Smart TV!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very easy to install, it did get stuck on step three for a few minutes during set up but the age old “turn off and on” worked perfectly and it immediately finished the process. Works wonderful and image is fantastic. Will be buying again for bedroom in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV for YouTube Netflix, Cox cable and HBO there are also internet apps that I use it for. I can hook my Samsung galaxy up to it and my Galaxy 7S tablet does cray stuffs to it as well!!! I am in heaven for real!!!!
Amazing colrand graphics
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV just before football season I'm a Denver Broncos fan for many years. I wanted the bigger screen but they didn't have one so I took the biggest they had. I have the NFL package so it worked out very well. Like I said the color and graphics are amazing . Playing on a grass field you can see the blades of grass as if you were standing on the field. It has a wonderful sound system in it. It has all the bells and whistles that I was looking for. Thank you Samsung for making a great TV. Looking forward to having parties every Sunday through the season.
Great 4K Increase!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchase this 65" 4K unit as an upgrade the 58" 4K . What a difference in size makes when video content is so clear. I'm enjoying the vibrant color contrast, an the increased refresh rate. I would recommend the purchase of this T.V.
Slow, clumsy User experience
apps are slow to load (compared to another brand this unit replaced) and interface is non-intuitive. picture is great. remote poor, many buttons tiny, especially pause and play buttons which are hard to find when watching in dim light. remote (unlike previous other brand) only ir (previous was bluetooth), requiring careful aim to work. overall user experience to control tv is quite lacking.

Good Value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my LG TV picture quality continued to decline with a dark cloudy area over 1/3 of the screen after only 4 years use I thought it was time for a replacement. I did not want to spend a huge amount especially considering the short life of my past investment. I read a number of reviews prior to deciding on the Samsung and so far I am very pleased with the TV overall quality and picture. Setup was also easy. Now just hoping for many years of good service.
Great picture, poor connection.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this tv, at first. The picture is great for the price. But, after a while, it started losing connection to my wifi network. The tv would work, technically, but I would lose all "smart" functions. It would go weeks at a time, refusing to connect to my network; then, I'll turn it on, and it just happens to connect. It's very frustrating, because I really do like this tv.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Seamless home integration/personalisation options
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned my TU7000 series 75" for about a month now, and I must say I am so happy I made the decision to go big or go home! This is the biggest, and best TV I have ever owned. Other brands pale in comparison to the Samsung Crystal UHD 4K experience. The HDR color definition is unlike anything I have ever seen. I currently pair my TV with the Samsung MX-T70 surround speaker, and man is it immersive to watch a movie with this theatre of a TV! It really puts you right in the front row. The home is customisable and accessible without leaving an app you're currently using or watching, which I love! When connecting to my speaker, I don't even have to go through the trouble of going through the settings, it connects automatically and prompts you to play from the speaker, regardless of what you have open or playing. When playing from the speaker, I can simply use the volume buttons on my remote to increase speaker volume. The game mode makes the TV respond very quickly and activates automatically, reducing the input lag. The TV has an ambient lighting feature that dims the display according to the light in the room. Overall, the TU7000 series 75" TV has provided me with hours of seamless and trouble free entertainment. Hats off to Samsung on this one, they never cease to amaze me with their product quality and almost non-existent bezels. Beautiful product. I would recommend anyone on the fence about if you "need" this big of a TV to go for it, it was totally worth it!
