Delivered when Sam's said it would be. Simple setup. Beautiful picture.
Nice picture when it works
have had this tv for a week now. nice picture, but having issues with the user interface of the tv. seems like the tv has some major software issues. double checked to make sure everything is up to date before writing this review. hulu and disney plus apps often crash or don't load. having issues connecting to cable box. have spent more time trying to troubleshoot on my own than watching actual tv. just moved from an older samsung model and didn't have any issues. not sure if it is this specific tv or broader issue, but at this point would not recommend this tv.

Trash TV and Trash review tesponse from Samsung
i recently did a review of this product. i returned it because it was complete trash and never worked correctly. i specifically said in my review that i spent hours with tech-support and samsung replied by saying i should do everything that i explicitly said i did in my review. reading samsung replies to bad reviews i notice the trend of them obviously not caring about the customer experience and making a lot of excuses of why thier product does not work. all this does is reinforce my belief that i should never buy a samsung product again. i am very happy with the lg i traded up for. don't waste your time. buy another product that actually works correctly.

A step back for Samsung!
I have three "old" 6000 series TVs and they are fantastic.New UE43TU7002 I've been using for a week and I'm really disappointed. I went through the agony to set up a wi-fi connection and again it doesn't work nicely. I often have to reset the TV to factory settings to make the internet work. Also I hate black corners on a bright screen!

Sound doesn't work on apps
I bought the television and was excited but the sound doesn't play on certain apps which defeats the purpose of this large television.

Constantly Disconnects from Wifi
great tv with 1 huge problem. the tv constanly disconnects from the wifi and i have to use a lan connection.
