Great Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this television to replace one that had gone bad. This television exceeded my expectations. The picture quality and sound are amazing. My kids love that their favorite app like Netflix and Youtube were already installed. I also love the fact that you can put in an actual website. This comes in handy when my son's game isn't televised, buts available on the school's website.

Best Television Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has to be the best television buy to date. Number three television purchase due to lack of memory for steaming apps. Cant boast enough how amazing the picture quality is. Crystal clear sharpness, amazing color, brilliant picture depth, not to mention how simple is to operate. Also plenty of app memory for steaming . Aways enjoyed Samsung products and this one is no different. Have mentioned this buy to friends and encourage them to get one.

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way the home screen is set up is confusing and not easy to navigate. It is not easy to find and download apps, I couldn't even find a specific app that should be available. Also, after about 2-3 months of use, a horizontal line showed up in the middle of the screen that won't go away.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung's website under 'Support' (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for the TU7000 under Crystal UHD TVs > T Model Lineup. In regards to the horizontal line on your screen. First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. From there, you can easily update if needed. Next, 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem, or Show again to see the image a second time. 2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for a line or lines on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no lines, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if lines appear during the Picture Test. Please visit our Support Center to request service if you see lines during the Picture Test. This product has game mode.

Another feature I love is film maker mode. To some it may make the screen dark and unappealing, I personally enjoy the accurate colors on whatever I'm watching. Samsung Forever!

They are rugged, user friendly, and 99.9999% trouble free. The reason I say rugged, the product last a long time. I can say with confidence this product is just simply awesome! Sure you might pay a little more than the others but I'm worth it. And it's not expensive, it's priceless!

For the most part a pretty picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my television mainly for streaming TV. It brings nice pictures for 4K broadcast. The only issue is that for hockey, there are small smudges on the screen in the white ice. But all other sports when there are 4K broadcast for the Firestick, I am very satisfied.

Over all its a good tv

The only service I could find was to have samsung come to my house. So I'm a little down on samsung right now. I hope in the future I can get it fixed.DanHelp

Decent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of the "smart" stuff makes Samsung tvs awesome but difficult. The network I always had my TV connected to all of a sudden stopped and from that point on it consistently would drop the connection. Doesn't do well in sunlight keep it dark.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this television at a lower price in exchange for my honest review, so here it is. The picture, when it works, is gorgeous. Unfortunately, we seem to be having quite the issue with a strobe-light sort of flickering screen. We've tried to switch cables and troubleshooting hasn't worked so far. We also had a slight issue with the sound not processing quickly enough, which has caused an issue with sound being out of sync. I wanted to love this TV, and it has a lot going for it. Maybe we just received a dud because the rest of the reviews are pretty stellar. I wish that we could exchange it for the same model so that we could make a clear judgment, but I'm not sure if that's an option.
