[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the TV with no expectatives at all. When I turned ON OMG the quality looks so good and the color, sound in another lever i can be in my kitchen doing stuff and still hearing straight from the TV. BEST DECISION BY FAR.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a Sony HD and are thrilled by the clarity of the picture. A terrific improvement, particularly when watching baseball. Movies and regular TV programs are vastly improved, adding immeasurably to the viewing experience. The only nitpick is wanting to be able to increase the brightness in some situations, beyond what is available from the settings menu. Otherwise, we heartily recommend Samsung TVs..

The only service I could find was to have samsung come to my house. So I'm a little down on samsung right now. I hope in the future I can get it fixed.DanHelp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set has such a great picture that when I started watching, it took some time getting used to it (I have been watching regular tv for so long). I also love the apps that are included in the set. I highly recommend this TV!

our last tv was a 2105 model of a different brand & couldnt access hbo max or apple tv without some kind of external device. i just wanted to be able to turn on the tv & have the options there. since getting this tv we have been able to access all the channels. however, the picture is initially set up in some eco friendly way that makes it dark. you really have to play with it to make it light enough. but there should be a higher level to the brightness. it's also not the most user friendly. we end up exiting what we are watching by mistake quite often. being able to set things up with your smartphone is helpful. the picture is clear, sound is good, apps all there. an improvement would be a remote with a qwerty keyboard on back to make the search function quicker.

i'm a samsung tv fan to begin with, 65" 7 in the living room a 50"6 in the work room and now this one in my room. this one has a picture that really is "crystal ". i'm not sure how they do it but it really is different quality of clarity on this set. impressive..and if i could afford it..i'd replace the other two before their time with these.

love the tv and sound bar, so much, in fact, that today i purchased a samsung microwave and dishwasher, and will be adding a samsung drop-in range in the next week or so. further down the road is a samsung refrigerator, and washer & dryer. yep, i like the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was purchased in March or April of 2020 during the easing of the lockdown. It is extremely slow in response to remote/changing any function. There are only 2 hdmi ports and no Ethernet connection. The only great plus for this set is the picture quality. Excellent, however more settings would have been nice. All in all I think I'll switch back to my 11 year old Sony if I can't exchange this one.

this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that's not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it's very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it's supposed to. i expected more from samsung.
