Slow, only reliable somtimes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV, the overall quality is good. But there are times when the software is so slow and I have to wait 10 seconds (or more) for the system to catch up before I can hit another button on the remote. I have also had problems with the picture flashing or not showing colors properly during bright scenes. It also bothers me that some applications are not available on the version of Tizen that works on this model. The most up-to-date software should be available.

ST73628: Thank you for sharing your experience with the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are experiencing some delayed response when using your remote. To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. Beautiful Crystal Clear Viewing

No need for a couch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 75” Samsung for our family room in a new house. My brother and I installed the unit on the wall right after moving in and having the Wi-Fi connected… it was amazing! The color, the ease of use, the intuitive design of the remote, even the non-amplified sound was great! Unfortunately though, we were not able to bring our old furniture up to the family room b/c the stairwell was too tight, but that hasn't stopped up from watching that big screen while sitting on the carpet! Thanks Samsung! The picture is nice that there's little need for a new couch!

Great picture & smart features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased two to replace older Vizio TV's that were not smart...wanted 4K and smart built in to make streaming easier...we are pretty loyal to Samsung TV's...had a 75" QLED and replaced with an 82" QLED...also have an older 43" Plasma...originally purchased two LG, had a better sale price and a good picture but strangely the LG did not allow the ESPN streaming app so we returned and got these two Samsung...great picture...great for TV and gaming...great for streaming...the TV menu sucks...overly detailed and not intuitive...3 or 4 not clear menu choices just to simply turn on the sleep timer...a more straight forward menu...more straight forward remote with a LIGHT button to backlight the remote and this would be a 100% TV...

more pros than cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] pros-great picture quality, slim, lightweight, easy to mount on wall, lots of smart apps built in and plenty more to download. Cons- the menu and user interface needs an update it's not fun to navigate through as well as the tv remote needs updating, the buult in memory is not enough and the Samsung internet app better navigation. It can use an integration with cell phones that should be able to control the tv for a smoother experience while using the built in apps.

Value

this tv is perfect for the price. it has a great picture. however i have found some issues with it detecting wifi internet. i have owned this tv for a little over one year and i am only capable of accessing the internet features of this tv using a cat cable directly plugged in. other than that the tv is great for the money!

Fantastic new TV

The app experience is fantastic, quality and sound both very good. My only desire would be for a new HDMI cord to be included for premium quality from a cable box.

Samsung Household

Samsung TV Plus is awesome, I can't believe it is free . I also love being able to connect my phone to all of the tvs and screen share on all at the same time. I've never had a tv this user friendly.

Love the clarity
