[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV initially for use in the family room, however, when I received it, I loved the crystal clear picture quality soo much, I decided to use it in my master bedroom. I use my TV for both streaming movies and listening to music streamed from my phone. The ease of use is also a plus. Simple directions make it super easy to connect devices through Wi-Fi. The voice quality and sound quality are also excellent features. This TV is a must buy. I am saving up to purchase another. I definitely recommend this television.

our brand new 55 inch samsung crystal tv is fantastic. we are very happy with the product. the stand should be in the middle of the set instead of 2 sets of chicken legs. it is a huge inconvenience if you do not have the proper table. that's an additional cost. enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung TV is used on a daily basis primarily for streaming and gaming, and some times is used for school and studies, or the built in feature to connect your phone to the TV is just amazing. TV has many great features and apps for easy and accessible choices and can be used for just about anything you need. Needless to say, the control is even more accessible as you don't have to much trouble finding what you are looking for within at any given moment. The built in connectivity ports are easy to reach and built in LAN cable options is one of the best features as it gives your TV more quality streaming, gaming and faster internet searching. The sleep timer option on the TV is great and whenever I need help with anything I don't understand, the E-manual is also very helpful and easy to find. The quality of the sound and picture is just what you would expect and want from a TV of this size. The wide array of options of apps you can add t your TV is great and only adds to the wide range of features this TV offers.

Best purchase I have made, I also love the fact that my smarthings is connected to my home appliances. Like when I'm washing clothes and it's done my TV will notify me that's its complete. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all I really enjoy my samsung television; I've sold them for many years and would recommend them to anyone. The Tizen smarthub is a nice reskin of the older software that ran on the televisions, however at times can crash or become laggy. I think that much of the experience is ruined by how quickly I disable features that become unusable. The other aspect is that in apps like Disney Plus or Netflix, the audio is much quieter than if I were to use an HDMI source like my PC; something that should admittedly be the other way around if you want people to use the apps frequently. All-in-all its a great tv, one that I would gladly keep for a while, but struggle with basic features.

After hooking it up I turned to the Andy Griffith show and my jaw dropped. Who knew that a show that old could ever be that clear. On top of it being so clear, it is also a smart tv. I would definitely recommend this tv to anyone needing to upgrade!

worst remote ive seen. very hard to navigate through to get to apps. some apps dont load at all, some common apps wont open. seems to favor their own apps over mine for ease of entry. cheap tcl i had before was easier to use and worked as good for less money. actual tv works fine if you can find your apps

Also, the SMART features are so great. It integrates seamlessly with my phone and my laptop. Easy to mirror and stream apps right to the TV! I would buy it over and over! Thank you Samsung!!

this replaced an off brand 4k from 4 years ago. i didn't like that one. i like this one less. the picture is alright, but the sound is tinny. the built in software is terrible. the remote by itself is just fine, but working with the software, no. to add insult, support is absolutely abysmal. to add insult i just have support lie to me for an hour. they will sell your data and tell you they don't.
