[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my TV and thought it was a great purchase, but there are times when using the remote that it does a little bit of time for the TV to change or switch channels, it doesn't always happen, but it's good, and great expectations when playing games.
Love the picture
i do really like this tv but there are issues with the hdmi ports. i have a soundbar that is hdmi arc as well as directv. i had them both plugged in and they worked fine for a month or so but something happened where if i have them both plugged in, i will not get any sound and an error message pops up saying my soundbar is not hooked up to the hdmi arc port which it was. not sure what needs to be done to fix this issue but looking on the forum boards, it seems i am not alone with this issue. other than that, the tv is great!

You may want to follow these troubleshooting steps to check your connection. 1) Power off all HDMI devices connected to TV 2) Disconnect all HDMI cables from TV 3) Power off and unplug the TV's power cord from the wall outlet 4) Press and hold the TV power button for 30 seconds 5) Reconnect HDMI cables back to HDMI ports on TV 6) Re-plug the TV's power cord back into the wall outlet and check the TV. Looks great but doesn't always work
this is my first 4k and first smart tv. picture quality is great but my apps crash constantly. i have good, fast internet connection so i know that's not the issue. i was using a roku stick on my old tv and it worked perfect. i figured having the apps installed on a brand new tv would be even better but boy was i wrong. every single day i have to reboot the tv and/or the apps to get them to work. and then sometimes they will stop working again in the middle of a show. it's very frustrating to never be able to turn on a brand new tv and have it work the way it's supposed to. i expected more from samsung.
EazyE: I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope this helps. Good tv bad remote
we would rate the tv as a 4 but the remote seems complicated compared to the other tv system we have. it was more difficult to initially set up and i have to say we are still struggling with the remote for locating shows and specific episodes the picture on the tv is good.
Samsung tv great quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Samsung tvs in 2 properties I own for a total of 8 tv. Last ear I decided to stream my content to cut down on my cable bill. I am very satisfied with the quality of the picture as well as the overall sound quality. I always get compliments on what a nice picture my TVs get. One of the TVs I have is the curved tv in Florida. A great picture from anywhere. In fact I was so impressed with the quality of Samsung TVs, that I recently redid a kitchen and replaced all the appliances with Samsung appliances.
Great family TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife picked out a great TV for the kids game room. The bang for your buck is worth every penny. Not too fancy and not too complicated with a screen that is almost theatre quality. The impressive Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65" wowed me right out of the box. The size is perfect for the kids and room size. Set up was a breeze, we are considering mounting the television when we get the chance and it looks super easy to do. There are an adequate amount for any connection you may need. Turn on was nice and the instructions walked me through set up of all the parental controls for anything the kids may stream and added all the accounts seamlessly on the Wi-Fi. The remote is easy and simple with everything well labeled and laid out. The clarity and sharpness are nice and the colors are deeply rich. My son and I love gaming on the TV, it makes everything life size, like your in the game. The girls colorful cartoon movies are bold and bright with every color of the rainbow visible. I even sneak up there after a long hard day and watch a good horror or action movie. The blacks are visible and the motion rate is superb. All the connections were simple and the television recognized each device that it connected to . I can definitely recommend this Samsung TV with its smart capabilities and all the apps and streaming service I can connect to, there is always something to watch and enjoy on this big beautiful tv.
Excellent television but lacks sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has always been my choice in television. I have had other brands like Sony or Phillps. Samsung has an excellent picture, though I still feel it struggles with blacks or darker scenes. My television has an ambient light feature to adjust but does not help much with darker scenes. I own a few Samsungs, and I am satisfied with them, but they all struggle with sound. I have an old CRT television, and I can say I get better sound out of that. I have adjusted the sound settings, which there are not many, but to no avail. It seems that most modern televisions want you to but a soundbar or external speakers to get the best or even proper sound, instead of having a good sound to start. The television is used with Cable, Blu-Ray, and streaming services, but the voice and lighter/quieter sounds are never crisp or clear. I have to turn the captions on when I watch to make sure I did not miss anything. Even worse when there is an accent or language outside of English. Fundamentally, the picture is good but sound bad.
Very clear picture!

We were recently watching a popular show from the 90's and couldn't not get over the fact that the show looks crystal clear! Not only was it really clear, it looked so good you would have never known the show was 25+ years old! This tv is so clear and the picture is sharp! Besides the color and picture I love that fact that it's a smart tv. We do not have cable, but honestly with this tv we don't miss it! Samsung has a Samsung TV guide loaded with free shows and channels to watch. We are able to watch those shows and also add our paid apps so that we can quickly watch our favorite shows without having to have a 2nd remote. I am so happy we chose this tv! It fits in our living room perfectly and looks amazing! I would definitely recommend a Samsung Crystal UHD 4k tv to my friends and family!
Performance and reliability for a great price

The UI is extremely friendly and the apps load incredibly fast, I will for sure stick with Samsung for all my needs when it comes to displays in the future.
Easy to operate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't honestly say I would buy the same model again. Although it was easy to set up and had a fast turn on time, the real disappointment was the factory picture setting. The color was so red and it would not adjust for darker picture scenes. I spent a lot of time watching YouTube videos on how to correct the problem. I have 2 other sets, one a Sony and the other an LG. Both have much better picture quality.
