Worst TV ever

Worst television ever. Goes totally black in case of night scene. Software is really slow and there is a delay of 2-3 seconds while navigating options. Don't go with Samsung.

Unhappy with the purchase

First 2 days of using the tv had no issues. After software update, tv freezes while watching nextflix and youtube this happens very frequently and is very frustrating. I have been using samsung TV from last 5yrs and after tv upgrade very disappoint.

Terrible Tv

tv bought 7/2020 -- 2 months later --black screen w/sound. 1st service call - no problem-2nd service call replace power supply-3rd service call --same problem , works 2/3 days --black screen. Worst purchase nightmare still ongoing ever . I warned U!

Stopped working- waste of money

I bought this Samsung in 2020 and in December 2024 it completely stopped working. No picture. No power getting to it. Waste of money and won't purchase another Samsung.

Too many issues for a 7 series 2020

The Netflix issue was also addressed and is now working properly. The volume button is a toggle design -- push it up to increase volume; down to decrease. Honestly great piece of Tech

Bought this about 2 weeks ago and honestly one of the best TVs I've had. No issues and super easy setup. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a nice TV for a nice price!
