[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been very satisfied with my tv. I have really enjoyed the built in sound that is soo much better than previous models. I also enjoy the smart hub although I no longer receive extra services on the side bar as well ad having to purchase a roku because no new apps have been updated in quite some time...my TV isn't one listed in the drop down menu but I selected what was close. I would recommend this tv it has beautiful pic even allowing you to go in and make your own adjustments if you want and like the simplicity of the remote as well as all that is offered for settings as well as customer service and it was really nice having the ability to trouble shoot and view the manuel for any additional settings or info if needed. Samsung always has the added features that surpass other models. It is very easy to mount if you like and all other settings are easy to understand with the added details for each of tje settings when you select. I have always purchased samsung products because they all work well together and I hope to continue adding to my smart system and using samsung products . It is always top of the line tech at more affordable ways to purchase or finance thru samsung and they always with each year step up their game so I'm always excited to see what new products will come next! Thank you for allowing me to review my TV

Great Functionalities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV, perfect screen quality and great accessibility specially with the shortcuts on the remote. Love that I can access Netflix and Prime Video with just one button. Wish I could fit an even bigger screen at my house!

Great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tv. I already had a smart TV and it was a good size. It worked well except would have a glitch during gaming. I didn't think we could upgrade by much - but wow, this tv is so much better! The picture quality is excellent, when gaming I can see the words and colors much more clearly, and the glitch is gone! I love the size. It's really big, but not imposing. The sound quality is like a movie theater, but we can adjust it to fit whatever we're watching. I've noticed I can keep the volume lower than my last tv but can hear it fine. I have no complaints about this tv at all. Everything works smoothly and is high quality.

Display Sparkles like a Crystal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV to watch UHD movies and games and sometimes I use it to cast my laptop or mobile screen. This TV is just flawless. The crispiness and the depth of the colors makes me mesmerizing! One of the best TV I ever owned but regret that I couldn't go for 85" that have been absolutely cinematic experience.

Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since i got the TV for Fathers day, i been having issues. The TV is slow. The color contrast changes randomly. I had to reset it twice to put it back to its original form because turning off the TV does not do anything.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. You may also want to run a diagnostic test. Immersive visual and sound experience

The sound quality is also great as even the smallest details can be appreciated. Also, works well with bluetooth. I found the size to be very versatile, it's great for either your living room or for a small room.

Simple, Excellent

I can sit down and watch for hours without feeling the brightness hazard that sometimes can be a problem. It's incredible that this thing big screen can give you such amazing experience. Mediocre

- the menus are incredibly slow and not super intuitive. - the hardware buttons are very hard to use on the tv, so don't lose your remote. - the motion blur settings/jitter reduction options cause video artifacts. - image started to look washed out after a while, then started flickering after 4 months. i've started a warranty claim... -samsung tv, the included service, is pretty neat. a lot like pluto.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care If your TV is flickering or dimming sporadically, you may need to disable some of the energy efficiency features. Disable Ambient Light Detection, Power Saving Mode, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer. Settings > General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Settings > General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode Settings > General> Eco Solution> Motion Lighting Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer Run Picture Test. This our second samsung tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is in our bedroom we love the picture it gives us. We stream off the apps the tv has on it. Plus my wife loves Samsung Tv plus there is so much selection. It works great no awkward wires to run and easy to set up. I had the tv up and running in just five minutes. We like the remote button layout also. We've had several Samsung tvs and haven't had a bad experience with them yet. What do they say "don't fix it if it ain't broke" so we'll stay with Samsung thank you.

This TV is just awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use this TV for watching anime and playing video games. Before I bought this TV i was using a old TV that was 17 inches big, which was nothing and the picture quality was terrible. This samsung TV exceeded my expectations when watching anime, I am able to notice every detail now and how good everything looks, also the sound quality feels like im in the movie theater. While gaming with the game mode on the TV I am able to play without basically any delay. This TV is awesome!
