[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Samsung 42" Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV for a just little over a week now, so I'm sure we haven't been able to try out all the available functions but what we have tried has been amazing. The picture is crystal clear ultra high definition, almost as if you are in the film itself. We went from a 50 inch to a 43 inch and don't regret it for a minute because it's such a better experience. It has built in Hulu, Netflix and Apple TV. There's alot of built in free channels that were not available on our last smart TV, an awesome feature and will definitely come in handy if something happens to our satellite feed. It was very lightweight and I was able to set it up myself without struggling. I would definitely recommend this TV to anyone who is a fan of gaming, sports or TV watching in general.

sound is biggest issue. hard to hear almost constantly unless volume is set at very, very high level. i did chat earlier and the reply was to reset everything and try again. not a good solution and it seems sound is an issue for other tv's made by this manufacturer.

I love all the options it has for apps and how you can access the internet right from your tv. I am still learning the buttons to the remote. I have been using the same tv remote for many years. So learning the placement of the buttons has been quite the experience. I love all the features that the remote offers.

great picture. several times i had to reset in order to view samsung tv shows. the biggest issue i have with it (and i did call samsung) is that many times the music (which should be background) is so loud that i can not understand what the actors are saying. several times it switches and the voices become louder. but samsung never heard of this issue... whether using tv speakers or sound bar, on shows i previously watched without issue, will have an issue. very frustrating when trying to follow the story plot!! i am hoping an upgrade will be snuck in to remedy this.

I had to upgrade to this TV because I needed a smart TV for certain apps for the kids. This TV is super easy to navigate and loading apps is lightning fast! A++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have plenty of Samsung monitors and always been happy with them so decided to get a tv and couldn't be happier once you set up your Samsung account you get access to free programming up scales everything to 4K and love the dedicated game port hdr 10 better than may monitor just go buy one great price for an even better tv

thanks for making a great product!! enjoy the simplicity of use, however not enough hdmi connections. ive noticed the price point is based on hdmi connections. my experiance with smart tvs is to have a minimum of 3 hdmi hookups. otherwise no other concerns, thanks for a great product!!!!

I have to say that I love my new TV. This is such an improvement over my older TV. The image colors are vibrant and defined, and make the viewing experience more enjoyable. Great sound with fabulous smart features, it comes with a lot of apps already installed and it's very easy to access to them. Set up was super easy. This TV has exceeded all my expectations.

Clear and sharp. It's ideal for watching all movies. I love watching U-tube videos and feel I'm right there at the concert. The images look so clear and better than your average TV. Great for watching sports and action movies too. The display shows high color accuracy and such a perfect contrast. The picture is virtually blur-free. I love the bright colors and high contrast. I can see it works well in any room. It's like looking at a full array of deeper dark and richer colors. The images look lifelike. I am very, very happy with this purchase. For a high quality TV this was not only a affordable price that I will probably purchase another smart TV for another room in the future. With the pandemic I have been glued to watching so many movies on Netflex. I highly recommend anyone to purchase any Samsung Smart TV. You won't be disapointed!
