2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

Great Overall, However...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great set and we really.love it, however we were really anticipating having the ability to see our samsung cameras and smartthings on it. The application does not exist despite the fact that everyone said smartthings is available on this tv to control all of our smartthing devices straight from the TV starting with this series. We're extremely disappointed because of this bit happy with everything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit that I didn't think I would even be using the smart features on this tv because I had a ROKU, but I was wrong. I use these features all the time, as a matter of fact I am using the internet right now to write this review. Not only is this tv packed with features, it allows for the connection of external devices to make using this tv even easier. I connect my MX Keys keyboard, mouse, and many other devices to my tv all the time. I am using my keyboard and mouse now to write this review. This TV is so versatile, with the ability to adjust the picture according to what you are watching, to adjusting the equalizer for the internal speakers to get the best sound possible. Speaking of sound, this TV is also bluetooth capable so you can also connect your favorite headset, earbuds, or headphones and watch what you want to w/out disturbing anyone in the house. This feature is one of the many reasons why I picked this TV. There isn't enought room to write a review that would cover all the features and options this TV has and offers. If you buy this TV you won't be dissappointed, I know I'm not. I also want to say, with having a ROKU device already and already having it up and running I didn't think I would use the streaming features on this TV, but it was super easy to set up and I was wrong, with the push of a button, I am watching the Weather Channel, or switch, and I am watching Netflix. Like I said, I am very very impressed with this TV, and it's features.
ADs on a "Smart" TV?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the ads were just the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. the good: i like the display. it's clear, it's bright, and it's crisp. the bad: xbox series x says that the display is not a true 120hz. i have no way to set the dns. i'm currently deployed in germany and have no way to change the tv dns so that i can get us menus. everything is in german even though i set the language to english. the sound is weak; the bass is weaker. the ugly: ads. the tv has ads. just annoying.
Tv Great !!

Love my Samsung tv
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clear everything is and how at times the picture looks live. It also has great color. However I don't know why the sound quality is so low. Most of the time I have to turn it up to 100 and it's still not loud as it could or should be.
After two weeks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up was great easy walkthrough using my smart phone. Picture is great for both gaming, streaming, and movies. I have it hooked up to Alexa and while she doesn't fully function at times this could be due to the tv, Alexa herself, or the application SmartThings. BIG ISSUE: the screen had lines causing bad picture quality only two weeks into the purchase we returned it for the same model and will be monitoring the tv closely.

Great Picture/Easy Setup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV to replace a smart tv I only had for 1 1/2 years. I have never owned a Samsung TV. The setup was easy and didn't take long. It comes with preloaded apps which is nice. Unfortunately I couldn't download BeachBody or Les Mills. That's a bit frustrating but I did buy an Apple TV device. I'm not sure this TV is user friendly but it has a good picture. So far I've not had any issues with it. I'm still baffled why my prior Smart TV didn't even last 2 yrs. So hopefully this one lasts longer.
Nothing like how it has been discrepe...
ok im a tv person i had 70 inchs lg it was really nice i though to get something even nicer so i picked up 75 inch samsung crystal 7 searis. oh man as soon as i putt it on the wall and plugged it in i was so disappointed with the picture color and the poor poor picture quality so i took it of the wall and returned it straight back to the store and picked up another lg 75 inch that was suggested by the employee for the same exact price i was amazed with the lg features and color and picture quality . if you don't know much about tvs stay away from this one.

This TV has great picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for movie and gaming purposes. I absolutely love the quality of picture it has. Dark scenes are bright enough to understand what's happening but not washed out and the sound from gaming to movies is great really feels like your in the game or in the movie outstanding!
