I love the picture quality and ease of use. The fact that I can AirPlay and the SmartThings feature. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Great TV for the price

I'm not 100% satisfied with sound quality and volume but it is actually very good in comparison with some others I have had. All around very good quality and price. Easy to use features and Apps
Incredible Quality

The integration with Xbox has been great which means that i no longer have to use that controller, just the Samsung one. I can also use the TV controller to manage my Samsung home theater system which I was not expecting. Always love Samsung.
Problems on the second month after purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started to restart by itself. I called technical support and they were going to send a technician to inspect my tv, all of the sudden the tv stoped doing it. I have no idea if its going to happen again.

Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. The screen went red!!!

Great TV for a really great price.

The picture is amazing and the speakers are really good. I would definitely buy another samsung tv without a doubt. The operating system is great as well. I love all my samsung products and I have never been disappointing!!

2019 Version - Screen is Garbage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 2019 model brand new and just recently the the left section of the screen is very dark and flickers when 1st turning on the power. TV was great when new, but deterioted quickly in 3 years. It should last longer than that.

Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, choose OK, and then view the test. You can select Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time. 2. Determine if the distortion is appearing during the Picture Test. Look for distortion on the screen during the Picture Test. If there is no distortion, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, try replacing the cable of the external device showing issues. - If the distortion still appears after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If distortion appears during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if distortion appears during the Picture Test. Please visit our Support Center to request service if you see distortion during the Picture Test. Would NOT recommend
went with samsung because its a popular suposedly high end brand, i dont notice that much of a better picture than cheaper brands. the set up was annoying, it recomended thag you use the app as the “easier set up” download and app, set up an account, then it still wasnt working right. the app itself is awful, opnly tv app i have seen thag doesnt open a keyboard when searching something. after set up the entire menus and changing sources is annoying, annoying menus stay on screen excessively long. biggest issue is being my bedroom tv you need to go through 4 sections of settings to find the sleep timer… really wish i hadnt disposed of the box as it would be being returned for sure.
