I like the easy access to apps on the TV and it makes it so we don't have to use an extra plug-in devices. We use it to access Prime Video, Disney+, and Netflix all with one simple click! Setup was a breeze, plugged in our cable and connected to power and we were ready to go! TV had multiple areas for mounting hardware on the back which gave us multiple options for how and where we wanted to hang the tv. It also came with the stand if you didn't want to mount it. Great upgrade to our family room.

I love how user friendly it is, the remote is easy and quick. The clarity of the picture is outstanding. The hues of color are so vivid. I feel as if I'm in my own movie theater. I love the choices of apps already included and the ease of adding more. Samsung makes the process so simple for purchasing new app subscriptions. The Samsung TV lineup offers so many choices of shows and movies. Even the internet browser is a breeze to use. I love them so much that I have a Samsung TV in 4 other rooms. This one has a much better picture resolution and fits perfectly in my living room. I am very happy that I decided to upgrade from my last model and will always by Samsung as I feel they make the best tv's.

worst remote ive seen. very hard to navigate through to get to apps. some apps dont load at all, some common apps wont open. seems to favor their own apps over mine for ease of entry. cheap tcl i had before was easier to use and worked as good for less money. actual tv works fine if you can find your apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just what I wanted. It perfectly replaced the TV I previously owned. It fits great in the area I have it setup. The whole family uses and enjoys. We have family movie night. It's like being at the movies. Our sons play there video games and have friends over to entertain. Saturday and Sunday is our football weekend. The picture quality makes you feel like you're right at the game. We add more speakers that gave use surround sound and it makes more awesome.

Perfect for streaming, gaming and even just watching tv. The setup and install were easy. Will definitely purchase Samsung again when we are in the market. WILL DEF RECOMMEND!

We don't do streaming well at least not yet. Overall we are very pleased with this product would recommend to anyone.

This 43" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV (2020) has an high quality picture, has a sensor that automatically adjust the brightness,easy set-up, you can turn on the TV speaker and Bluetooth device at the same time, has sign language zoom and so much more. My grandchildren and myself are very pleased with our new 43" Class TU7000 Crystal 4K Smart TV. If anyone is thinking of purchasing a new television, i would tell them to purchase this one. It has our seal of approval.

if you want your tv to act more like a radio, this is the tv for you. after 6-7 months the backlight has gone out so i can't see anything although at least the sound still works! still waiting on being serviced under the warranty but it has been about a week and counting with no tv.
