Great bedroom TV

i did have to return it because there was a thick black line that cut off a third of the screen vertically. i retured it to the store and it was replaced. the second tv worked great! it is the perfect tv for the a small bedroom. it was very easy to set up and i have been load various streaming apps woth no issues. my only complaint is the remote. the buttons are very small and close together, making it difficult to operate. i am only 5'4" and my hands/fingers are not very big, but i struggle. also there are an unnecessary amount of buttons! finally, it does not have voice control. which would make operation easier, as an alternative to using the buttons. otherwise it's a good tv.

Nice pic but not easy to navigate with remote

my first smart television at an excellent price. not easy to navigate with remote. one wrong press can set you back. you will press the wrong button on remote. as you navigate apps it will be hard to tell which app is highlighted. bluetooth headphones become disconnected every now and then. cant make your favorite app more accessible.. best part was the price!

Sound issues. Remote is lacking.

I purchased the 43" Crystal UHD TU7000 TV 1 month ago. The tv has a good picture but the sound is horrible. I have to turn it up to between 75-100 in order to hear it. I have tried every option in the audio settings to fix it. Didn't help. I tried adding a sound bar but the Bluetooth connection only worked with live tv not the streaming services. (Why should I have to buy a sound bar anyway?!) The remote has a bad design and no voice search. The fast forward, reverse, pause and play are all the way down at the bottom. It's all but impossible to hold the remote and reach those buttons. Since I mainly watch streaming, that's a big minus. I love samsung products, but this one stinks! I dread packing it up to send it back.

If your TV volume is too low, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. Regarding connecting your Soundbar via Bluetooth, please make sure that the TV speaker is set to the Soundbar. Go to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. Great value, excellent picture quality

this tv was the perfect upgrade for us. the picture quality is great, we can see so much more detail than our previous 50”. easy to setup, use and manage your streaming applications. we have a samsung soundbar & woofer that it works with seamlessly. among similar tvs of the same size and quality, the price is what sold us.

This product has great features

The speaker is pretty decent. It's a great size screen and I love all the different apps and channels it holds. Very satisfied with this product.

Very little good, more bad

picture setting out of the box are bad but easy enough to fix. the channel guide for my antenna is never right, i've rescanned it a couple of times. right for a while then wrong again the next time i look at it. there is the issue with the flickering backlight, it has happened to me a couple of times in the week ive had the tv. then today there was an issue with color shifting that required me to power cycle the tv 3 times to fix. finally, when i check to see if there is an ota update to fix the many issues it says i dont have enough storage, delete some apps. the only apps on the tv are the ones samsung installed. this will probably be getting returned soon. too much of a headache for something thats supposed to plug and be forgotten.

Plus, an antenna will help your TV find even more channels and improve the quality of the signal. If you are not receiving all channels. Great resolution for an even greater price

So I enjoy the same luxury for an affordable price! I'm able to cast content from my smart phone directly for most apps . I like the Samsung plus TV feature because of the free cable TV.

Good Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my LG TV picture quality continued to decline with a dark cloudy area over 1/3 of the screen after only 4 years use I thought it was time for a replacement. I did not want to spend a huge amount especially considering the short life of my past investment. I read a number of reviews prior to deciding on the Samsung and so far I am very pleased with the TV overall quality and picture. Setup was also easy. Now just hoping for many years of good service.

This product is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is my second Samsung and it is amazing. It was extremely easy to set up. It picked up on my firestick, my new Blu-ray player immediately and I didn't have to put in endless codes to make anything connect. I no longer have cable TV and rely on the internet to watch TV. The TV station guide has many enjoyable stations and even includes weather and news channels. Overall I think this TV was a perfect purchase for me. Not overly expensive and the quality is there. Samsung Tv 75

I've had several different brands of tvs and Samsung by far has the best clarity and sound. We now have a Samsung soundbar and subwolfer hooked up. Couldn't be more happier with the tv.
