It is not easy to find and download apps, I couldn't even find a specific app that should be available. Also, after about 2-3 months of use, a horizontal line showed up in the middle of the screen that won't go away.

They are rugged, user friendly, and 99.9999% trouble free. The reason I say rugged, the product last a long time. I can say with confidence this product is just simply awesome! Sure you might pay a little more than the others but I'm worth it. And it's not expensive, it's priceless!

The only issue is that for hockey, there are small smudges on the screen in the white ice. But all other sports when there are 4K broadcast for the Firestick, I am very satisfied.

The only service I could find was to have samsung come to my house. So I'm a little down on samsung right now. I hope in the future I can get it fixed.DanHelp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of the "smart" stuff makes Samsung tvs awesome but difficult. The network I always had my TV connected to all of a sudden stopped and from that point on it consistently would drop the connection. Doesn't do well in sunlight keep it dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this television at a lower price in exchange for my honest review, so here it is. The picture, when it works, is gorgeous. Unfortunately, we seem to be having quite the issue with a strobe-light sort of flickering screen. We've tried to switch cables and troubleshooting hasn't worked so far. We also had a slight issue with the sound not processing quickly enough, which has caused an issue with sound being out of sync. I wanted to love this TV, and it has a lot going for it. Maybe we just received a dud because the rest of the reviews are pretty stellar. I wish that we could exchange it for the same model so that we could make a clear judgment, but I'm not sure if that's an option.

I love this tv so much that I plan to honestly replace all my TV's in the house with these TV's. I now have this tv in my master bedroom because I just love the picture and the sound and everything about it. You cannot go wrong with tv at all especially for the price. It's not expensive at all! This tv is worth more than what they sell it for. I highly recommend this tv for anything! The color is bright and amazing. The slimness of the tv is perfect and it's very light. The sound of the tv sounds as if you almost have surround sound system it's great! Wide range of picture options. Lots of ways to customize the tv. The remote is compact. It is a true 4K tv and works amazing for any 4K system you have. I'm super happy with this TV and would recommend it to anybody and everybody I should have purchased 3-4 more for the house at the time I purchased this one. I'm use to owning Sony tvs and this Samsung packs more added value and convenience than any of my Sony models.
