This TV is the complete TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want a great TV experience this is the Tv to get! From the very first day Ive had a great experience from streaming tv to listening to music! The setup process is very easy and the interface is so easy to navigate my 6 year old can do it. The picture quality is so crisp I host all the sporting events at my house from now on! I love my Samsung TV!

Great TV just too fragile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this TV. Very clear picture and fast loading times. Very rarely had a problem with it. Occasionally, it would disconnect from the internet when turned off and I had to just reset the network settings. It also is super fragile. I moved recently and handled with care and carried it upright in a box, but when I plugged it in in my new place the whole middle part of the screen was blacked out.

Beautiful picture, poor usability

the remote control works more slowly than any tv we've ever had, to the point that we sometimes think it's not working at all. the response from the tv can take easily 30 seconds after we press and release a button on the remote. we're slowly learning to adjust our expectations, but wish we didn't have to accommodate the tv, rather than it accommodating us. the lack of a printed instruction manual is a huge inconvenience to us, since our computer is in the opposite end of the house, and to look at the manual we downloaded requires a long walk both ways, which is borderline unacceptable.

Go woth something else

we were very excited to purchase and mount this tv but less than 9 month later there is a dark black bar across the bottom and we had to get it serviced. they have to completely replace the panel. warranty was responsive but this shouldnt happen on a brand new tv. this is the second samsung tv i've owned with the same issue.

The remote sucks

the remote for this tv is horrible!!! trying to navigate through your apps? oh accidentally pressed the back/home button because everything is grouped tightly together? oh the tv picture is awesome. the keyboard mechanics are up there with the remote. like let me just type my word out not oh you want to delete that selection? so not only do you have to press those small navigation buttons you have to do a few times just to move off the letter you selected.

Crystal Clear

Love it

i needed a new tv badly,my current tv is over 12 years old with a picture that comes and goes.i was given the opportunity to get this.boy oh boy,what was was i waiting for? i absolutely love this tv.the picture is so bright, crisp, and vivid.the sound is incredible,i'm hearing everything i've never heard before.i don't have to turn it up,to actually hear anything. i enjoy tye fact that it is all on one remote.less clutter for me,or one less remote to loose. i'm not to tech savy,but this is easy to use for me.

Great tv for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv for the updated app included. Hulu allows you to watch live tv. Although the app has automatically closed for no reason. The video is clear! Ypu may have to customize your setthings to suit your viewing. sound is pretty good but is lower when I cast to my smartphone, so a sound bar is recommended. One small change I'd request is to have the shortcut app buttons on the remote to be customizable. I don't use netflix and would rather have the hulu shortcut. Overall I like the tv, have been a samsung fan for a long time, this is my third tv.

Great secondary television

My first Samsung!

But over the last year the functionality and quality of the picture, audio, features on the television are still working remarkably. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new TV that's not trying to break the bank to select this model. Not only is it big enough to see the picture and the clarity and quality. But it is also small enough to not take up space in a room.
