[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching the shows and movies on streaming services and I also use it for gaming with my PS4. The graphics are excellent and the visual quality is what you'd expect from a UHD TV. However, the user interface is difficult to navigate and set up in a seemingly unorganized way. Another issue I've had is the inability to change the picture settings and aspect ratio unless I'm in gaming mode, I cannot change the aspect ratio. Another thing I dislike about this model is the remote. The buttons are setup in a useless fashion and it's counterintuitive. All in all I give the TV 3/5 stars.

Had the TV for about 3 weeks, love the picture, and sound. Wish I could edit the apps in the menu, appears you can only add apps, not delete them. The processor is a bit slow to react, and the remote is geared more toward the default samsung TV, than to using the other video apps.

no matter what we gave tried, the images in the center 1/3 of the screen are blurry and/or pixilated. we spent extra money on this particular screen as it was supposed to have very high definition. makes us wonder why we purchased it. we had not owned a television in 25 years and this is the best picture that's offered?

The display is amazing, the colors are so vivid, I really love the user interface, it is so easy to use, and I love the app selections, the sounds is really good. I just love this TV and I would recommend it to everyone I know

I just wish I could reposition the apps in my homescreen. Also wishing this model had Alexa built-in. But overall, this smart TV is good.

The picture is ok I thought getting 120 motion would give a better picture. It is no different then the 60 motion tv's.

The features such as the vivid color and excellent sound are amazing and the ease of use makes it perfect for me. I especially like how it links up easily with my Samsung smartphone. All in all, there's nothing I don't like about this smart tv and would purchase another Samsung TV when the time comes. Kudos Samsung !

Adding the universal remote from the cable carrier was a breeze. Searching apps and installing them is a snap. We now have access to all our favorite programs with just a few clicks. The picture is crisp and clear. Images are sharper than on the old TV we replaced. We highly recommend the 55” Samsung Crystal UHD 7000 series.

This was my first ever Samsung TV purchase and I fell immediately in love. So glad I took the dive and got this beautiful TV. Maybe I'm excitable, but when I turned this baby on it was a fantastic improvement and change in our entertainment at home. Love the picture and clarity, definition is amazing. Friends and family always enjoy spending movie nights here.
