I love having Netflix and Prime Video a single click away. I have always bought Samsung products, and will continue to do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 8 got this TV on a black friday in 2020, and for the price and image quality, this TV is pretty awesome. it's clear, looks great and has many options. its sleek, modern and looks great mounted as a living room piece. The downsides I have seen is if you're a next gen gamer you'd be better with something that has a higher refresh rate. Also occasionally while I'm using it, the screen will completely go black for a second then resume. These cons drop it to a 4, otherwise I'd easily give it a 5. Can't go wrong with this though.

It has everything you need to have a relaxing time on the couch watching movies, live TV and, video games. We probably won't get a new TV in a few years but if we do its going to Samsung

I love how user friendly it is, the remote is easy and quick. The clarity of the picture is outstanding. The hues of color are so vivid. I feel as if I'm in my own movie theater. I love the choices of apps already included and the ease of adding more. Samsung makes the process so simple for purchasing new app subscriptions. The Samsung TV lineup offers so many choices of shows and movies. Even the internet browser is a breeze to use. I love them so much that I have a Samsung TV in 4 other rooms. I am mostly homebound so a great TV is essential. Thank you Samsung!

I had to YouTube and Google how to fix the TV settings because the basic settings when wanting to adjust the brightness by itself wasn't helping. Once I figured out the problem, my TV now works just fine and can now watch both in the day and night time. Overall, great quality TV and great price.

I love the clarity of the TV and the many features they have specifically I can connect my phone to the TV really easy. I love samsung tvs.

I was pleased with the packaging and size of the TV. I was very excited to know that I could download popular apps I use and was able to plug my Firestick in another room. The only app it doesn't have that I use often is Bravo :(. I am not pleased with the volume function. It changes after I pause, rewind or open different apps. Not sure why that is happening. I also wish the home ticker option was more user friendly. I don't know how to edit what is on the home menu. Also the TV has been known to not play Prime movies or just sporadically exit during play. I LOVE the special access to Samsung TV and have enjoyed several our the free shows. The picture quality is good. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives so I am satisfied but not overly happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a roku tv because I didn't like the remote worked separate from the cable tv remote. the picture quality is great and the ability to use my mobile phone as a remote was a feature that I liked, the only thing I'm not crazy about is the remote should have a backlight because I can't see the buttons at night.
