[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No issues with the picture, and it's side view image is great which I appreciate. The only issues I've had are with the Smart TV features and it's remote setup. The Smart TV is not user friendly at all. The way you have to type with it's “suggested next letter” concept is frustrating, and I'd rather a navigable menu as opposed to the in screen menu they offer. It's not a perfect substitute for a fire stick or Apple TV, but it could be with a few changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV on Nov 27, 2020. Ironically by the time I was sent this survey May 23, 2022 the TV has stopped working. A repair man is being sent out to look at it, quoting a new main board and panel maybe needed to fix. Which may cost more than I originally paid for the TV. I give this TV 1 star for only lasting 18mo just after the warranty. Perfectly planned obsolescence. Other then feeling like I was scammed the TV was great up until then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my SamsungTV for streaming, gaming and movies. My family and I watch Netflix and had watched Disney+ by streaming via our hotspot. We use our PS4 and Wii U for gaming. Last but not least, we watch movies on our SamsungTV via our 4K player. We love the Bluetooth connectivity on our SamsungTV because it elevates our visual enjoyment by increasing our watch time on a big screen compared to a small screen.

I was getting all my entertainment needs from a little 43 inch tv and now I can't go back after using this TV. I'm planning to get another for my bedroom. Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i use all of samsung when it comes to electronic i use my 65 in for gaming streaming and the picture adjustments i love how you can tune them in to your preference and the device care built into it is awesome and i love the free samsung tv channels its way better than cable by far

the picture was fine, and the sound was acceptable. a little over a year and now the picture has dark horizontal lines along the bottom. tech support was completely unhelpful. i like samsung products, but the next tv will be another brand. extremely disappointed.

I love that I can screen share from my phone to the tv. Really enjoy the Samsung tv plus feature. Get a bunch of free channels. 10/10 highly recommend!

The addition of features like Apple Music and Samsung TV Plus make this TV easily the best I've ever purchased, and turned my into a Samsung customer for life.

The sound is moderately clear without distortion, pleasant to the ear. Installation and coupling are very practical and simple. It's an excellent product, I can't complain about the Samsung.

I read everything on the new crystal processor and thought to give it a try. after all it's a Samsung. I was so impressed with my 43 inch that I went ahead and bought a 55 inch crystal for the living room. Picture is great, sounds good (could be better with a sound bar), and I'm completely satisfied and figure money well spent.
