I'm rather disappointed in this Samsung model. I researched for months and thought this was exactly what I was looking for; but the screen is dark and colors do not pop at all like advertised. Others have commented about the same thing while watching my tv. Ironically, I got rid of my last tv because it had become so pixelated in dark scenes that I could not see anything. I was really looking forward to bright, crisp colors. I have also had a few incidents where the audio and video did not match up.

The next gen systems that are currently available look magnificent on this TV. Deep colors and wonderful graphics. Live sports look amazing and the detail that you can see during live programming is incredible. Watching nature is my favorite and even though most shows do not broadcast in 4K it still looks amazing and if I stream 4K video it almost looks like I am sitting right there. I also love the ease of using the Smart View feature with my Samsung phone. This TV for the price was an offer I could not refuse and I'm glad I didn't ignore my gut feelings. Only downside is that the TV needs more than 2 HDMI inputs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the color and clarity of this TV, whether I'm watching cable, the Samsung TV channel, my own media, or streaming! The 50" screen is perfect in my bedroom. I just wish that the Bluetooth feature allowed me to use my earpiece for quiet viewing.

Operating system not as intuitive as Sony equipment I currently use of approximately same vintage. The Samsung tv home app drives programming automatically at startup with “adult” programming that disturbed me, especially since I bought this to entertain my grandchildren. App additions were not as intuitive as I'd prefer, however is simple once discovered. I assumed the google android process would function as it does with my Sony sets. I was disappointed here, but the tv functions well with a great picture and sound. I had a Samsung set of earlier vintage that set up much easier, and was more intuitive at the outset. Having learned this set's operation it is also easy now.

Only complaint has been the Disney+ app compatibility, the app seems to slow it to a crawl even while hardwire via CAT 8 cable... and YouTube seems to do the same.. but my TV sees almost constant display time (13,917hrs currently in about 2 years time) and it's still rockin!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned my TU7000 series 75" for about a month now, and I must say I am so happy I made the decision to go big or go home! This is the biggest, and best TV I have ever owned. Other brands pale in comparison to the Samsung Crystal UHD 4K experience. The HDR color definition is unlike anything I have ever seen. I currently pair my TV with the Samsung MX-T70 surround speaker, and man is it immersive to watch a movie with this theatre of a TV! It really puts you right in the front row. The home is customisable and accessible without leaving an app you're currently using or watching, which I love! When connecting to my speaker, I don't even have to go through the trouble of going through the settings, it connects automatically and prompts you to play from the speaker, regardless of what you have open or playing. When playing from the speaker, I can simply use the volume buttons on my remote to increase speaker volume. The game mode makes the TV respond very quickly and activates automatically, reducing the input lag. The TV has an ambient lighting feature that dims the display according to the light in the room. Overall, the TU7000 series 75" TV has provided me with hours of seamless and trouble free entertainment. Hats off to Samsung on this one, they never cease to amaze me with their product quality and almost non-existent bezels. Beautiful product. I would recommend anyone on the fence about if you "need" this big of a TV to go for it, it was totally worth it!

wonderful picture, easy to set up, great sound. i really like this tv, great overall, but i cant have all the apps i used to have on my old tv. for instance theres no crunchyroll or vrv app. another thing i would improve is the size of the apps when selecting them. i often have to squint and hope i selected the right app. the home screen is a bit too chaotic for my preference and a different organization of things would be more helpful to me.
