Crystal Clear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV in our home for over a month now and there is nothing I do not like about this TV. This TV by far has been the easiest I have ever set up. We no longer have to have 2 remotes to control the TV. The remote that comes with the TU7000 is a universal remote. The picture is crystal clear, the entire screen is filled with the show you are watching. The sound is amazing, watching an action packed movie sounds like you are in the film. The volume stays at the same level during the commercial so don;t have to worry about turning down the tv.

Wonderful features great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV to watch movies mostly has a great picture very easy to use. Installation was easy. Anything your looking for is easy to find. We don't do streaming well at least not yet. Overall we are very pleased with this product would recommend to anyone.

The picture is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a difficult time watching our regular shows for a while because the picture looks so real. We couldn't quite place what it was that was causing us to have a weird perception thing going on. We finally agreed the extreme video quality makes the actors look so lifelike that it makes it appear like bad acting. It was funny, but now we have acclimated to the ultra high def and really enjoy the television. We could never go back to the old 720p that we used to have.

Picture quality is stunning.

Picture quality is stunning and audio is crystal clear! As a Samsung Member I also enjoy taking advantage of Samsung TV Plus, another great feature of this UHD television. Wanted a smaller television for my bedroom, and I picked the perfect television in this 43" Crystal UHD TV!

TV Keeps Dropping WiFI Connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV was working fine for the first couple of weeks, but now every single day it disconnects from my WiFi, and despite me refreshing and trying to reconnect, it keeps failing to connect. The issue isn't from my router, as all of my other electronics are not losing connection. It's only the TV. It won't fix unless I unplug the power cord and plug it back in. I have to do this every single day. I have a brand new TV; this should NOT be happening. It's incredibly frustrating because I was under the impression that Samsung was one of the best TV brands, but apparently I was mistaken. Is this covered under warranty? My TV must be defected.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Great quality

Piture quality ot great as well as the sound quality which seams better than previous Samsung versions I've owned. The extra settings allow you to customize you've viewing experience. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a good TV.

Classy and versatile for watching and gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not need a tv box or something since it has its own Samsung TV Plus. Easy to connect my samsung galaxy fold 4 to my tv and I love it. My PS5 is so compatible that my tv opens up automatically when I am starting my PS5 using the controller. Finally, I get to choose which kind of display from Natural to Film Maker or Dynamic depending on what I am watching or playing. Love my Samaung TV!

I'm completely in love I brought 2

I can hook it to my phone and manage it in my phone too which is a great component for me to control the tv that's my son has access too.

Rather Disappointed

I'm rather disappointed in this Samsung model. I researched for months and thought this was exactly what I was looking for; but the screen is dark and colors do not pop at all like advertised. Others have commented about the same thing while watching my tv. Ironically, I got rid of my last tv because it had become so pixelated in dark scenes that I could not see anything. I was really looking forward to bright, crisp colors. I have also had a few incidents where the audio and video did not match up.

Hi Dziner99, Thank you for letting us know that you are not satisfied with the brightness of your TU7000 TV. I have a few recommendations which may improve your visual experience. First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, if your TV's colors are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to: Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Next, if your audio and video are not syncing up, it could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a Home Theatre System or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. This is a great TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching mostly live sports and nature. I also do a fair share of gaming. The next gen systems that are currently available look magnificent on this TV. Deep colors and wonderful graphics. Live sports look amazing and the detail that you can see during live programming is incredible. Watching nature is my favorite and even though most shows do not broadcast in 4K it still looks amazing and if I stream 4K video it almost looks like I am sitting right there. I also love the ease of using the Smart View feature with my Samsung phone. This TV for the price was an offer I could not refuse and I'm glad I didn't ignore my gut feelings. Only downside is that the TV needs more than 2 HDMI inputs.
