Bright and crisp. Love everything about it. Easy to plug in and watch. Wish there was another HDMI third port so took off a star. Great TV and am liking the one in all remote for all my devices. It found all of my devices easily and was very intuitive.

Easy setup and a manual!
i bought two of these for a gym setup. everything worked as advertised out of the box, it recognized hdmi input from a pc, auto connected to a wired internet connection with no complications. when i had some questions on the power on startup procedure i easily found it their online manual - sweet!
Wouldn't buy again

This TV is disconnected from the internet 9 out of 10 times you go to stream anything and more often then not it won't reconnect. I have to constantly forget network and reconnect and keep trying and keep trying until it finally reconnects. This has nothing to do with my internet as I have 3 other smart tvs further from router and have zero issues. Should have read the review on this prior as I now see a lot of people have this problem.

This product has great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Tv for streaming, gaming, and movies. I really love the Samsung brand, especially TVs, I had a 32" and now bought a 50". Both allowed me to play my personal library of files when I connect a USB device, and the TV supports/plays various formats. This new 50" comes with Samsung channels which I love. What I don't like about this TV is that sometimes it gets laggy and I have to disconnect it from the power source and connect it back in order for it to start working fine again. Also, I've noticed recently when streaming from Disney+ en 4K UHD that the TV is getting too laggy and dropping some frames.
Great Picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WIFI went out in about 16 months and the warranty is only for 12 months. When the WIFI was working it was great for streaming. I really enjoyed watching movies and sports on the TV. If not for the WIFI going out in less than a year and half I would have given this TV a 5 Star rating. Samsung did agree to pay for the parts after they confirmed that the WIFI was defective. I had to pay for the labor and transport it to and from the service center as it would have been a lot more if they come to your residence. Very disappointed in a TV that needs to be repaired in less than 2 years!

Great Picture & Lots of Apps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very pleased with the quality of this TV especially for the price. Our Roku stick decided to die but the smart apps on the TV have kept us going. The only complaint we have is that a few of the Samsung TV apps don't function properly - like on NBC shows will just stop playing. Overall, a quality TV and you would never guess that its a few years older model.

Slow, only reliable somtimes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this TV, the overall quality is good. But there are times when the software is so slow and I have to wait 10 seconds (or more) for the system to catch up before I can hit another button on the remote. I have also had problems with the picture flashing or not showing colors properly during bright scenes. It also bothers me that some applications are not available on the version of Tizen that works on this model. The most up-to-date software should be available.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. the tu7000 is a great, feature rich tv. i bought this tv because it includes bluetooth. my hearing impairment requires that i use a headset while watching tv. the tu7000 allows the tv speakers and the bluetooth device to work simultaneously. also, the set will automatically connect with the headset if the headset is powered on before you power on the tv . . . nice!
