Overall Good Product

picture is great, sound is clear, setup was a breeze. the remote is a bit busy for me. i prefer the older, sleeker style that came with my 55” i purchased in 2017. my only major complaint is with the smart hub. it is very laggy and makes scrolling through apps more difficult than it should be.

Black spot

i have had a black spot that races down intermittently from the left center to the center of the screen since i have owned it. i have looked for reasons why and i can't find anything. i've tried different adjustments and nothing. its not to bothersome, but it shouldn't do that with a brand new tv and a big brand name. at this point , i am done with samsung products. i have had the galaxy 3, 5 and 7. i hated the 7. i ditched it and went with the lg. i love it! i thought i would try the samsung tv and i am regretting that.

An excellent TV

A nice upgrade from my last tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv, with crystal clear visuals and great audio, my last tv was a 50" and upgrading to a 65" was a great choice because it fit my wall space alot better and didn't make my wall feel as empty as it was. I'm very happy happy with it and will probably get the sound bar next to pair with the tv to make it an even better viewing experience. I would definitely get another one in the future.

Nice TV for the price.

the picture and sounds quality is great! just have one small issue. had my xbox and harmon karman receiver hooked into it, and then one day it decided that i couldn't use either one. after resetting the tv it still wouldn't use my receiver and xbox right. receiver works when i have my computer turned on only and finally got the xbox to work. xbox comes on only when i turn it on. the tv doesn't turn it on anymore. hopefully whenever there's an update it will fix the issue.

Easy to use. Beautiful picture. Excellent price.

This is our newest TV that we've bought in awhile and the picture is just amazing; great picture for movies, TV shows, video games, etc. The setup was quick and easy, very user friendly. We bought it fairly recently and got a great price for it while it was on sale. All around, exceeded our expectations and were super pleased with our new TV!

Very Happy With This Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung 55 inch TV over a year ago and just love it! We use streaming a lot along with regular TV and also gaming. Samsung TV Plus is a real bonus too with over 200 channels for free. Menus are easy to use and like the channel guide to see what's on. Also have a 40 in. Samsung TV for bedroom purchased around same time that is working great too. (In fact, our tablets and cell phones are Samsung too!) Samsung products have been very reliable over the years and will continue to buy Samsung in the future.

This TV has a great picture and very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is great!! Only draw back is im having problems programming the Samsung remote to control my cable box it worked for a few days then stopped . Might be a cable box problem more than TV . Besides that its been a great tv so far.

Great picture and easy set up!

after checking which smart tvs were good values, i decided on samsung. i purchased it online and delivery was quick and all parts arrived in excellent condition. while the instruction manual was kind of skimpy, there were plenty of youtube videos about setting it up. it was also easy to add an antenna for local channels, and the smartthings app did the heavy lifting for setting up the specifics for netflix and primevideo. and the picture? wow! i feel like i can reach out and touch the people and things displayed on the tv. i haven't hooked up the sound bar yet, but the sound from the tv itself is just fine for my needs. glad i purchased it.

Good TV, hobbled by constant Wifi disconnects

tv is good, although i am seriously considering returning this 3-month old tv because the wifi connection is constantly dropping now. it was working fine, but now i'm noticing it can't connect after i turn the tv off for the night. the next morning it sees the wifi but isn't able to connect. searching online comes up with many people having this same issue, with no fix by samsung thus far. i would seriously consider if the need for a samsung tv is worth this hassle. it isn't 1995 anymore; fix the problem!

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Please be sure you have the latest firmware update which enhances network connectivity. Version 1301.5 is now available on the Samsung website Support page for your TU7000 model. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience.
