Loving the TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never thought I would buy a Samsung TV but I took a chance when I saw this one, as I needed one for our living room. Its been better than expected with awesome features on this TV. It not only has a neat feature called Samsung Plus TV (free channels) which without having a cable box in the living room works awesome!!! Plus it has Apple TV app built it which was a major plus!! This TV has beautiful color and I like it better than the other TV's I have in my house. Might need to update them all after getting this one.

Crystal Clear!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the 58" Class TU7000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV in our home for over a month now and there is nothing I do not like about this TV. This TV by far has been the easiest I have ever set up. We no longer have to have 2 remotes to control the TV. The remote that comes with the TU7000 is a universal remote. The picture is crystal clear, the entire screen is filled with the show you are watching. The sound is amazing, watching an action packed movie sounds like you are in the film. The volume stays at the same level during the commercial so don;t have to worry about turning down the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Samsung crystal, smart Tv. I'm impressed how clear and bright the picture is. It's easy to set up. I had a little trouble switching from the tv mode to the internet mode, but once we figured that out ,all is good, we really like the voice remote it makes things easy.

Love this tv

Problems on the second month after purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV started to restart by itself. I called technical support and they were going to send a technician to inspect my tv, all of the sudden the tv stoped doing it. I have no idea if its going to happen again.

jvarelab: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a power cycling issue where your TV is turning itself on and off repeatedly. Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it) or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Great TV for a really great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv to replace and older model Toshiba. I needed a smart tv because I was ditching cable. I'm glad I chose samsung. The picture is amazing and the speakers are really good. I would definitely buy another samsung tv without a doubt. The operating system is great as well. I love all my samsung products and I have never been disappointing!!

It is a great smart TV and has amazing 4k picture.

Me and my family also like the smart features in the TV and connecting it to our other Samsung devices. I personally love the picture on the TV. It makes me feel like I'm at a movie theater. Good deal

Great picture at a really good price! I would've given it more stars but, once again, the Samsung remote has issues. I have Spectrum (no choices yet in my area) and the remote numbers, including the pre channel button, are inoperative. It is a huge hassle to change channels!! Spectrum and Samsung both blame each other but will not rectify the issue…….

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support > Software Update. Also, ensure that the cable box is close to the IR sensor on the Samsung AU8000 TV. Next, we recommend ensuring that you are utilizing Anynet+. With Anynet+, you can control external devices that are connected to your TV with HDMI using your TV remote. To turn on Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC), go to: Settings > General > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC). If your cable box does not support HDMI-CEC, you will not be able to use Anynet+. I love this TV!

The 50" screen is perfect in my bedroom. I just wish that the Bluetooth feature allowed me to use my earpiece for quiet viewing.

so easy to get setup
