As with a lot of seniors she watches a lot of sports. The first day we went over the remote several times to make sure she got. We had a great day together it was her birthday. When we got home that night she called my husband and I looked at each other and oh no what's wrong, turns out she called to say she saw the hockey puck whizzing by on the tv she had never seen it so good doesn't need her glasses to see tv Anymore. Wanted to thank us for the tv best gift ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Daily use for viewing news, movies, sports. Movie viewing is sometimes white hazy like my eyes have a light milky film. Trouble shooted many times but did not work whether in pitch black room or not. Haze remains. 55" Samsung same model NEVER has had this white movie viewing haze. Watching local news and sports do not have this haze.

Samsung TV Plus has plenty of free stations including good news choices. In fact I cut the cable finally! I use Prime, Roku, and subscribe to NBC/Peacock. Just started pulling up YouTube on the Internet link. The picture is great. It connected all my remotes, including my soundbar, so I only need one now. It remembers my recently watched channels and recently added movies/ shows. A great picture! An excellent value!!

we previously owned a 2018 model (60") and because we not only watched it a lot in the evenings, but left it on during the day so our dog would have background noise. essentially it was on nearly 20 hours a day for 4 years. this 65" model was to replace that one. we were impressed by the improved screen resolution, thinner panel, lighter weight and the dedicated buttons on the remote were such a great addition. setup was easy and the sync with our wi-fi and all our existing streaming services was smooth. overall very pleased. we would have liked if it was on sale for maybe $100 less, then we would have given 5 stars for perceived value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my Samsung Crystal TV. I swear it seems as though it could do the dishes. The features are endless. For instance, I connect my phone, my tablet, _and_ my laptop to it. As a result I can control a lot of each with the remote. I also connect my Alexa echo to it. One can adjust the clarity to movie theater quality. I simply had lower that because I really could see the News anchors' pores when their make up is poorly administered. But I adjust it back when watching movies. At that price, I think everyone basically should have at least this level of television. Once again, Samsung doesn't disappoint and exceeds expectations. It's definitely worth the outrageously priced gas to go pick it up if you can't for the overnight delivery. Do NOT, and I mean it, don't blame me if you end up missing important things because you were virtually glued to your new fantastic television. Enjoy... wink

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new smart TV and the incredible picture it displays. HD is stunning after years without. Having all the streaming services connected makes life much easier although there is a little lag at times even with a lightning fast wifi connection. Overall a 5-star device.

picture is great. easy to use. but needs repair after 6 months. prior tv was a 12 year old ssmsung that wouldnt quit, so we just got rid of it for newer technology. 6 months later it needs to be fixed. line across top of screen and sound works intermittently. seems like by the tine they are sending new screen and speakers and technologist to install, could just send a new tv. glad i took out the extended warranty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has beautiful picture, excellent sound, and is fast on streaming, clear a0nd concise language, and I recommended it to 5 friends of mine who came over my house to watch my TV and 4 of the 5 went out and bought one. Any Samsung product I trust to be reliable, dependant, and durable. My phone, my tv and any Samsung electronic device always performs very well. Anyone that I have recommended a Samsung product to has ever complained. In fact, they usually tell their friends about it. Other products that cost a lot more do not compare to Samsung's quality, performance and endurability.

It also has surprisingly good sound from such a thin TV. Would absolutely buy again. We did install with the Samsung low profile mounting kit which was more expensive than seems reasonable, but gets you a pretty slim install.
