First I have not called Samsung support but amazon alexa support seems to come and go (not consistent) but what a fantastic picture. Thought 85" was too big, well it's not, you can feel that you are there paired with the Q900?? sound bar totally awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV overall is great especially for the price has HDR 10 SUPPORT 4K UHD, 60HZ REFRESH RATE AND MUCH more. Picture is clean and crisp only thing is the blacks might not get as dark as you want or whites get as bright just nake sure you mess with setting try dynamic mode. For gaming it's great with the next gen consoles only thing is being a 2021 I wish they would've included a hdmi 2.1 support at least one port becuase next gen consoles rely on that for things 120hz refresh which the TV does t support. Other than audio is great and is better when you fine tune your settings

From sports to movies to tv shows heck u name it and it's like being at the movie theater! 10/10 recommended!!

I like how easy it was to pair the remote with my satellite provider's equipment enabling me to utilize only one remote. The clarity of the television's picture is great, and there are an enormous number of apps available. I will be purchasing a larger version of this television soon for my den.

We couldn't believe the clarity, the size, the feeling of being in the movies. I'm still astounded many months later that the picture of this 55 inch widescreen projection is so clear. Watching older shows in HD has brought them to life. I hope this TV last for a long time, but in the very least, it has converted us to this technology for picture alone - Thanks Samsung!
