This TV is so freakin' HUGE. I mean, it looks big in the club, but the store is so big and open, it doesn't look THAT big. But then when we took it out of the box and set it up on the stand... It's Been a few months now, and for some reason out of the blue I'm having connection problems, apps are slow, while on other tvs in the house it's fine. I also wish there was a way to pause Autoplay when you turn on your tv, when you turn it on it will start playing Samsung tv, and I'm like, whoa settle down. I also wish you could delete apps you don't use that are predownloaded. The picture is great, I fell in love right away, but those are some issues I wish were fixed

Great image. We don't like the way the TV automatically switches to entertainment on TV each time we switch it on. We tried to change settings, but somehow, they sneakily change back to entertainment. Remote works well, but Mute button is on volume control, not explicitly written on remote.

Great TV, Great picture. I always buy Samsung. However I'm incredibly disappointed they make you sign up for an account before you can install more apps. It's just another way for them to get your personal details, disguised with some baloney on providing a better customer experience. Zero reason why I should be required to create an account to use my TV. Seriously makes me 2nd guess buying another Samsung.

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

Actually I'm not too happy with it. First it was turning off and on for about 2 weeks, then I had sound but no picture. Now I have nothing. As of last weekend no picture and no sound. The little power light on the bottom goes on for a few seconds then off then it flickers and repeats. The tv is only 2.5 years old. Right now I'm using my Panasonic plasma which I got in 2004 and works perfectly.

Damaged on arrival

It arrived later than the time frame quoted, however it's the holiday season so that's understandable. The problem is that it arrived damaged. There is a black vertical line on the screen. Outside of that, we love the size and picture, it looks great in our family room. Now we are waiting for a technician to come to look at it. Hoping for a quick resolution.
