Nice TV but ux lacking

Beautiful TV but user exp/interface lacking, difficult to navigate and there are certain apps that come with the TV such as the gallery but you can only use it if you have a Samsung phone. No ability to use remote control from your phone. Samsung should model Roku's interface where it's easy, clear and fast to use. No need to sign in on everything! Other than that, the tv picture is gorgeous and Samsung has some nice features such as additional TV channels.

Stunning picture quality. My apps load & view with no fuss. I'd love to give a 5 star rating, however, the need for THIRTEEN individual steps, via the TV remote to connect my S#ny bluetooth wireless headphones is abysmal. When I connect the same headset to my iP#d, all I do is power the headphones on & THAT is IT, the iP#d does the rest. You seriously need to improve on this.

For myself it took me a little bit of time to get used to the Crystal screen, at first things did not look real I was almost going to take it back but I told myself it may take a bit of time so stick with it a little longer so I say “don't give up on it, it may take some time before things look as they should.”

Great TV, Great picture. I always buy Samsung. However I'm incredibly disappointed they make you sign up for an account before you can install more apps. It's just another way for them to get your personal details, disguised with some baloney on providing a better customer experience. Zero reason why I should be required to create an account to use my TV. Seriously makes me 2nd guess buying another Samsung.

Do not buy

LCD panel died at 36 months of regular use. TV was completely unusable after this. Native Samsung operating system is also terrible. You will have to by a primestick/ chromecast/ roku setup to make this model usable.

It arrived later than the time frame quoted, however it's the holiday season so that's understandable. The problem is that it arrived damaged. There is a black vertical line on the screen. Outside of that, we love the size and picture, it looks great in our family room. Now we are waiting for a technician to come to look at it. Hoping for a quick resolution.

Not even 60 day old and have to have the tv replaced due too sound problems I am not happy with this at all now I have to go through the trouble of setting it up and taking it down again this is no an easy task with a 85 inch tv no compensation for Mt trouble and no kind of upgrade offer I don't recommend buying this model of tv
