Great image. We don't like the way the TV automatically switches to entertainment on TV each time we switch it on. We tried to change settings, but somehow, they sneakily change back to entertainment. Remote works well, but Mute button is on volume control, not explicitly written on remote.

Picture, Color, Depth these are the highlights of this TV experience. Now an extra treat is how you can adapt that quality for different "devices". If you are a "sound" person, Tv has sound you'd expect. (Personally connect mine with a speaker behind me) There is a Mode for bluetooth speakers.

Nice image but low volume

I recently bought this TV. It has good image but the volume is very low. I need to go higher than 70 to get a decent sound, but it shouldn't be like that. I don't know if buying a Samsung sound bar the sound will be clearer. If you have some advice it would be very welcome.

Worse than my other 5-year old Samsung TV

Nice picture and functionality, but there were 2 things that my old 2018 Samsung TV was doing better: 1) It could play pretty much any video format. Now lots of my old videos do not play anymore. Usually it works the other way - newer TVs have more capabilities, not less. 2) We watch a lot of videos and movies using a USB stick. The old TV was doing a quick preview with several frames from the movie when you select a file. And if tit's a season with multiple episodes you could find the one where you stopped. Now it's one still image which cannot tell you much. And it's not playing from where you stopped watching last time anymore. The old TV did that! I've almost returned it, but it's pretty big, doesn't fit in my car and that was pretty much the only reason why I kept it. My whole family wanted to get some other TV instead.

Not bad but could be better

Picture quality is great. Sound quality is ok but could be better. The unit will lose Internet connectivity. I found the only way to resolve that is to unplug the unit and go through the setup process again. At one point I had to resort to resetting the TV to factory settings to get any of the apps to work.

annoying

this is by far the most frustrating TVs I've ever bought.It does everything in its power to shove samsung tv down my throat, my remote forgets how to adjust the volume every four months until I reset the TV (which reactivates the samsung tv plus). every update it does adds more advertisements on a tv I've already paid for. its constantly griming for me to make a Samsung account after already paying for their product. it feels like this company isn't satisfied with you being just a customer it wants you to make a lifestyle out of it.

Actually I'm not too happy with it. First it was turning off and on for about 2 weeks, then I had sound but no picture. Now I have nothing. As of last weekend no picture and no sound. The little power light on the bottom goes on for a few seconds then off then it flickers and repeats. The tv is only 2.5 years old. Right now I'm using my Panasonic plasma which I got in 2004 and works perfectly.
