She looked at many other floor models, as she said this one she could see the most definition. And it has the most features to help with her vision. We agree; absolute stunning picture and sound.

Makes my family feel like we are at the movie theater.. great TV and RECOMEND.. I can't leave out the picture quality.. You can see the pores on faces. We use this TV mostly for Movie watching.. it has been great not having to go to the actual movie theater. Also the slim aspect of the TV is great.. Fits just like a picture on the wall. From 0-100 I give this TV a 120.. Good job samsumg and keep it up!!

Really enjoying watching programming while using this sound system. I bought the TV to use with online lessons for musical instruments, so putting this system together has been very beneficial. I also have directly connected my laptop and used the TV as a monitor, as the image is very clear. The ability to connect directly to the internet is very useful, too. It has proven to be a very productive piece of electronics.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the tv overall. Sometimes the Alexa wake up doesn't work right, but for general tv watching, this tv ROCKS. The picture is beautiful and so clear. We love all things Samsung and will never buy any other brand.

had the tv about a week and like it. however, it buffers all the streaming apps and sometimes drops them entirely. i can stream the same apps on my phone or ipad in the same room without a problem, so it's not my internet connection (which is verizon fios 1gb). samsung saw my review and put me on to their support staff who recommended a cold boot (hold power button till tv goes off and comes on again). this seemed to fix it for now, though i won't know for sure till it works consistently over time. so far so good. will update any changes. pleased with tech support response, though.

great picture and super thin tv. the only thing i could fault and i am not sure it is that big of a deal is the tiny remote control. the remote control lacks many buttons that a traditional remote has and takes some getting used to. love the voice control though.

The entire setup rivals my living room 65 inch Samsung with the 650 soundbar subwoofer and rear speakers, hands down!

We actually do not have to connect our surround sound due to the quality of the sound of the tv itself! We have a dedicated room - our media room we call the Boom-Boom Room! This is the room were we listen the tv really loud (base) as if we are in the theater! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a great many reasons why I love using my Smart TV, but I'm only going to mention 3 for the sake of my keyboard. 1. I really enjoy the design qualities, from the simple yet extremely organized interface, to the sleek and professional edging of the TV itself. 2. The personalization properties. When I first turn on my TV I'm greeted with my specific apps, games, and wallpapers. Being able to do this really adds a feeling of pride and sentimental value. 3. The vivid, realistic picture quality. I never knew what I was missing quality wise until I upgraded to this TV. When purchasing this Product I was skeptical, everything specs wise sounded great on paper, but you really have to see it to believe it. When streaming my favorites shows or movies the immersion is so unreal, and the qualitys so clear that I actually feel like I'm on the show wat hing it with my own eyes. With that being said I would like to give the Crystal UHD Smart TV a 5/5 star rating, if I could give more I definitely would. Thank you Samsung for your consistency and for always stretching the limits when it comes to technology and home entertainment.
