while video quality is what i/we expected, we have had significant challnges trying to get the sound to properly sync with the video. have gone though all the intial checks (firmware is most current, tested multiple inputs [all the same], even purchased a samsung soundbar [hw-450] hoping to get a reasonable sync. have tried bluetooth and opitical (bluetooty worse) connections between tv and soundbar, have tried all different combinations of sound settings … “standard” with 80-90 ms sound delay best … but still inconsistent results … and poor for news / intervew as lips not well synced with sound. very frustratung … will be contacting samsung for advice/troubleshooting.

My older TV just doesn't compare to this one. I was also very happy to pay a little more and get the 65"! Definitely worth it if you watch TV even just a couple days a week.

I know when I buy a samsung product it is going to last and hold its value a lot longer and better than the competing brands. But that's not what keeps me on the samsung band wagon, I use my TV all day everyday for every part of my life, school, work, and play. I absolute love that I decided to upgrade from a 43in to 65 because now I don't have to sit so close to see . I love the wireless dex feature on my tab s7+ and s21 ultra, only thing I'd wish differently is if I could do them both at the same time like multiview. But when I want to change over its no problem it's very snappy. The picture quality is superb. The smart remote included is so convenient and I love learning new things I can have my assistant do with the TV. Very impressed. Keep it up samsung!

It is very responsive and the picture is incredible. I've found myself going down YouTube rabbit holes for nature videos because the images are so vibrant. The remote is very intuitive and practical. Not an overload of buttons. I've been very pleased with this device in the month I have had it.

The built in Samsung TV is great and they keep adding more and more channels all the time. The one problem I consistently have with this television is that when first turning on, sometimes pressing the home button (which is needed to do pretty much everything) does not work. I'll press it over and over and nothing happens and then all the sudden it will decide to work. This doesnt ways happen but it happens enough to irritate me! I have tried changing the batteries, returning TV to factory settings and neither has fixed it. I honestly think it's something with the TV not the remote. Talking about the remote reminds me that I also do not like it. Its support to be an upgrade from the remotes that come with cheaper TVs like my 32 inch but I prefer the original remote where I can just press the button directly to do what I want instead of having to press the Home button and navigate to what I want to do on the screen. I plan to look into if replacing the remote is an option. Overall I would actually give the TV 4.75 stars instead of 4 but it wouldn't let me.

One of the best features is Samsung TV app. This TV offers a good selection of apps to work with most streaming services. It has 3 HDMI, Ethernet, WiFi, and Bluetooth. I don't think you can go wrong with this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While this TV only has a 60hz refresh rate, the 4K picture quality is enough for me to ignore that face since my computer can't even handle high frames above that anyway. I also love how easy it is to connect non-samsung devices to it. Definitely a purchase I don't regret and I'll be keeping it for a very long time
