Has all the features we need.

The many volume settings are greatly appreciated. We can watch the set from our entire great room and kitchen. The 65 inch size is perfect for us.

Sucks

This is the 1st Samsung TV that I have purchased and it will be the last! Your remote sucks - is has no keypad for typing in numbers for TV channels. I don't appreciate having to fumble around on screen to find what I'm looking for. I have owned Visio TV's for the past 5-10 years and have never had any issues plus their remotes are great. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SAMSUNG TV!!!!!!

We also have the SmartThings App, which you can download on your phone, which enables you to use your phone as a remote. To learn the various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung’s website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. Excellent Product

All the reviews were positive so I bit the bullet and purchased one. I think it was a great decision. I can't say enough about the enjoyment I get from watching this TV. The right choice was made!

White color bleed in black background of screen.

I bought this tv on the last day of January and arrived last week. I noticed after turning on the tv a white screen bleed while on with a black screen only. What causes this issue? I'm going to have to return it because regardless of a price point any new tv shouldn't come to the consumer in this condition. I do love Samsung products but unfortunately I got a tv that might not gone through quality control.

Excellent Picture Quality, Poor Sound Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first 4K HDR television. The picture quality is excellent, although we are still getting used to the differences in resolution. Many programs that we have viewed in 1080P previously have taken on a much crisper image in 4K. They remind me of watching a soap opera video, instead of a movie experience. This is somewhat exacerbated by poor sound quality from the built-in speakers. There is no audio control, other than volume and three presets that don't give much tonal range. I will be buying an external speaker system for this in the near future, which will hopefully significantly improve the tinny sound quality. The remote is also interesting. I now have access to more than 100 channels via the WIFI connection, but I must browse through the channel list to get to a specific channel. There are no buttons on the remote to allow you to select a specific channel. Prime Video and Netflix are accessible with a single button click, as are the extended channels offered by Samsung (that's how I got to over 100 channels -- I have 30 channels of broadcast TV locally, not cable). This is frustrating because there is not a "Favorites" option or specific channel selection available.

For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction. To tune the sound to your liking, you may want to try adjusting the several sound settings to suit your personal sound preferences. The TV is great, slim and the picture looks great.

All Apple products are not easy to connect to airplay or just mirror the screen, and most of the time there is a delay in the picture of freeze. I solve the issue by connecting my laptop directly to the HDMI port. It shouldn't be this way. Very slow when navigating in between apps.

What a Wonderful Surprise

Tech support

The tv itself is great. Would like to have seen a better remote but this one works. I have a real problem with their support. Had trouble making a samsung account. The first two techs I talked too could have cared less about my problem. The third finaly got me going.

Smart Setup did not work

apparently the quick setup does not work for me. you download the program go thru the motions but, you have to be connected on the internet for anything to happen. had to manually connect to the internet and after i did, there was no reason to use the setup program.

This Product has amazing fast features

I feel like the remotes could use a up grade it looks the same for many years if you have video games this tv is for u the picture quality is amazing works well with my Nintendo Switch.
