[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it except every time I turn it on the home bar on the bottom is on and takes a while for it to exit by itself and I don't use the Samsung remote very often so can't exit the bar from it I would rather have it so if I want to see the menu or home bar it would be up to me.

I know when I buy a samsung product it is going to last and hold its value a lot longer and better than the competing brands. But that's not what keeps me on the samsung band wagon, I use my TV all day everyday for every part of my life, school, work, and play. I absolute love that I decided to upgrade from a 43in to 65 because now I don't have to sit so close to see . I love the wireless dex feature on my tab s7+ and s21 ultra, only thing I'd wish differently is if I could do them both at the same time like multiview. But when I want to change over its no problem it's very snappy. The picture quality is superb. The smart remote included is so convenient and I love learning new things I can have my assistant do with the TV. Very impressed. Keep it up samsung!

Samsung TVs provide a performance suitable for most buyers, but they can also be costly compared to some competing brands. They generally perform very well and are among the best TVs on the market, especially if you want gaming features.

Need help with this as the screen shows a message every time it's turned on. I follow the instructions and it works for a couple times and then it's back to a message.

I love the quality of the picture I get and it makes it like your right there in the movie. I have chosen Samsung as they are a reputable company that has been around for a very long time and has always stood behind their products. I also like the fact that their products last for a very long time compared to other TV makes, and models. "My last TV had last over 13 years and never did I have any problems with anything on it. I never had to replace the bulb, nothing". So when I bought my first cellphone I picked a Samsung over an apple as I knew it would out last an Apple way longer and Samsung would stand behind their product. "I even picked the Samsung watch over a Fitbit as it had better features that interested me and what I wanted". I always recommend Samsung to my friends, family and customers when they ask me which brand i would chose and then they ask me why. So I tell them that first of all Samsung is a reputable company, they stand behind their products, their products last a very long time, the picture quality is excellent and makes you think your right in the picture. I have had more people thank me for recommending Samsung products to them over other brands and that they are very pleased with their purchase and how they will tell their friends and colleagues about Samsung. When playing game, TV change to game mode automatically.... not sure how the true motion 120 looks like but I'm satisfied with the 60hz. Watching videos from Netflix from Samsung app looks great, can't complain.

Picture quality is very good. Certainly not quite a OLED contrast levels, but for the price it's very good. The biggest issue is Samsungs terrible software. It's buggy and requires constant full TV reboot. All I want the TV to do is remember to use HDMI 1 as the default but so often the TV will turn on in Samsungs “smart hub”, which is terrible.

This Samsung, on a recommendation from my son, has the most beautiful picture, easy to set up and hook up features I've ever experienced...and I have owned many. I have 4 more tv's in my home..(Toshiba, LG, and an older Sony) that will be replaced in the near future by Samsung without question. Everyone in the family agrees...4 other tv's in the house, but they all want to be on the Samsung...whether for movies, streaming, games, etc. I appreciate a great product for a fair price...so does my wife.
