HDMI PORT DOESNT SUPPORT MY PS4

I bought this tv a couple months ago and tried to use my ps4 with it but the screen was always black. It worked with my laptop and my ps4 works with another screen so probably is about compatibility. Also one of the legs always goes down so we have to keep it low. The other features are great btw.

Great picture, sound not impressed

tv replaced a sony 52” that picture died on. better picture and clarity then the sony and really easy to setup and connect to wifi. not impressed woth sound quality, took tv back to store and swapped for a new one because sound was echoing and felt like listening in a tunnel. second tv same experience, decided to keep as tv is more for background noise then anything. considering buying a sound bar to see if that amkes sound better, but not happy that it seems like this is a pmoy to have to buy a sound bar….

Great picture, but difficult to use

Nice picture, but the user interface is miserable. I'm trying to assist my 82 year old mother in using it and it is a very frustrating experience. I'm middle-aged and able to operate a smart phone, tablet and computers, but struggle with looking for information for this TV. It is a complex device when the e-manual is over 140 pages! The leaflet that came in the box doesn't even scratch the surface. Please make your devices and manuals more user friendly. This is targeted to young people who have grown up surrounded by digital devices, but keep in mind that a large number of consumers do not fit into this category. One cannot fully appreciate all the features of the TV if one doesn't know how to access them.

If any external devices are connected, check all input cable connections.2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels?4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources?5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test)6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception.Should your issue persist, please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week.
