Discouraged big time.

Stay away from tu 7000

This is one piece of junk, second time around. Television works for two years and then blank screen and main panel needs to be replaced but cost more then the tv itself. Samsung got me twice in the last 4 years, enough already. Be smart and stay away from this model or better yet stay away from Samsung"…….LG looking really good. One year warranty is a joke with this model

There are dark spots on the screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my tv for a few months, no kids in the house and it was pro mounted on my wall so it is secure, but after about 45 days I started noticing a dark spot in the top left side then a week later another started showing right beside it. It is a huge tv and I love it but it is very distracting and kind of embarrassing when I have family over to watch a movie.

My review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is great the ease of operation has kept me in the Samsung fold when I switched from Vizio to Samsung I plan to take my first step into the Samsung Oled family late this year or early next year I like Samsung product support I was considering making the move from a 7000 to 8000 65 “ series I would like to suggest Samsung provide more comparisons then just feature comparisons I had to do a fair amount of research and made the decision to go with the 8000

Great TV For the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice picture and surprisingly good sound from the tv speakers. Only thing I would have liked to have is more access to the picture controls. The “expert settings” are about as basic as they come. Otherwise this is a really great tv for what you pay.

Great picture, sound not impressed

tv replaced a sony 52” that picture died on. better picture and clarity then the sony and really easy to setup and connect to wifi. not impressed woth sound quality, took tv back to store and swapped for a new one because sound was echoing and felt like listening in a tunnel. second tv same experience, decided to keep as tv is more for background noise then anything. considering buying a sound bar to see if that amkes sound better, but not happy that it seems like this is a pmoy to have to buy a sound bar….

Not Reliable

The TV broke in less than 2 years from daily normal use. Half of the screen went out and shortly after the other half did too. The TV was mounted on the wall and only cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth. Very disappointed in the quality of this TV for the price I paid for it.

WORST TV

this is my worst tv purchase ever. it loses the internet. the sound leave a lot to be desired. it continually loses the hdmi connection and have to disconnect the cable and go through set up again. i do not write reviews. this is the first ever that is how much i dislike this tv.

Overall a good purchase

Smart TV is easy to use and clean interface. Easy to set up and happy with picture quality and works flawless. Rating 4 stars because of sound speakers, they are good but I do feel the need of a sound bar is must to have theatre experience. Sound decibel is slightly on the lower side but is good enough.

Very slow to respond; would not recommend Samsung

I bought this in 2021 and was immediately disappointed. Upon setting up my applications, the TV lagged quite a bit; the TV often froze if I have hit buttons "too quickly". This problem only worsened with time, and clearing the cache did nothing to help. I have plenty of storage left on the TV so am very frustrated with the slowness of the TV. This is the second Samsung LED HDTV that I have experienced this problem with; Samsung will not get a third chance.

Good tv beside this short life it has.

This model of tv must have defects built into it. This is the second TU7000 we had, each one only lasted two years almost to the day. Both time it was the main panel. We are waiting for yet another tv replacement. It gets costly with the travel time and cost of replacing this television. Once was bad enough but twice in four years, come on Samsung you need better model.
