The Roku Stick was easy to set up. We changed from cable and a few streaming apps to full streaming. Connecting it to the TV was was easy and the Roku remote controls the TV. The only downside is the delay when the system starts up, and a slight delay when getting to the first app. The app icons could be a bit smaller too. Overall very pleased.

being an older person and not tech oriented, i find it hard to find pricing and also hard to find local channels to view..maybe i am doing something wrong but it seems that i have to return to the home page to go anywhere new. right now i am under an expensive sat t.v. agreement and cannot add expensive new choices.

I have a vacation home that made it not worth having cable. I have been just using prime for years. A friend came to visit and recommend Roku. Went and bought so she could help me set it up. Wow! I have all the channels I watch at home now. Wish I had done this sooner!

Love this option to find so many different types of programs to enjoy! Easier to maneuver through choices to find something you'd like to watch than I thought it would be. I was tired of searching through channels to find that there's "nothing good on tonight" ; this is the best solution! Don't hesitate to buy a Roku stick.

I purchased this device to minimize clutter. I was already a ROKU user. The first stick crashed but ROKU Corp replaced it under warranty. I’m quite pleased with the device performance. I will update if this one crashes. It is not my desire so here’s to a great performance.

I'm happy with Roku and find it superior to my previous stick. The one thing I miss is any volume control on the remote. That means I must juggle three remotes--the third to get to streaming input if I've been watching cable news--or at least two: Roku and the remote with a volume control for the TV.

I've always been a huge supporter of roku, loved them but multiples of them, recommended them to anyone who listened. However recently there have been a bunch of really buggy issues and reached out to customer support and Roku hands down has literally the worst support of any company ever, and that says a whole lot cuz there is a lot of bad support out there. I don't know if their support is just robots or just really bad at their job but I only get the same person responding and the person just repeats themselves over and over and is not helpful and it makes me not want to use Roku ever again. All of the ways Roku has you go about getting help are terrible and then the responses when you finally get one is beyond terrible. Unfortunately I just purchased three of them and I went to return them all because the support is so terrible. The actual issue I was writing about is pretty small but the horrendous support makes me lose all faith in Roku. It has been going downhill for a couple years but very slowly and I've been such a die-hard fan that I've been ignoring it but after support that is so horrible, I would say it was by a child but support from a four-year-old child would be much better I don't even understand I guess it must be a robot, don't make the same mistake I did do not buy Roku go with any other company.

Firstly I like the fact its completely hidden and with the USB plug to plug into your TV for a power source no unsightly extension cords. It's a fantastic product, easy to attach and set up and if you already have a Roku account you don't loose anything you had programmed into your other Roku device. Picture quality and speed are fantastic and the voice control works flawlessly. Very easy to down load apps and stations you wish to add to your list. I would definately recommend this product to anyone looking for a streaming device to cut the cord from cable.

I live on a fixed income, and cable tv had gone so expensive I had to drop it. I was going to an antenna when a friend told me about Roku. I'm very happy with it. I can watch what I want to watch when I want to watch it. Can't do this with cable tv. I knew there had to be another solution to Spectrum, which had priced their service out of my reach. For the most part, I am happy with Roku, but I wish they didn't have so many breaks in the programing for no reason.

We have multiple Roku Sticks but on one TV in particular (the most used in the home) we have replaced the 4K Stick several times because we continue to lose video on about a once per week basis. Audio continues but video drops. We have to disconnect the Roky and reconnect it regain video
