I have 4 tv's with Roku streaming devices. 3 work fine however the 4K streamer on the smart tv which is the closest the router freezes and buffers often. the router is only in next room with open wall. I even increased with my speed with spectrum to the maximum still no change

Roku is amazing, would be a 5 star rating, my only complaint is that the volume up button on the remote, often turns the volume down for some reason. Kind of frustrating but otherwise, such a cool and affordable product that makes me not miss cable television!

I have used older Roku devices for many years and was ready for a upgrade and choose The Roku Streaming Stick 4K. It was Fact and easy to setup and use. It is packed with features and has Excellent WiFi and streaming Performance. The Included Voice response Remote seems to work well but I rarely use that feature. The only feature It lacks That I would like is a USB input that would allow me to play media from a USB drive.

I have had Roku TVs and devices for more than 11 years. During that time I have been extremely happy with the devices. Until... In 2022 I bought three new 4K streaming Sticks. The devices themselves work but the remotes are awful! At least Once a week I have to reset the remotes. When they "die" they can only turn the TV on and operate the volume. I have to restart the streaming stick and go through the process of either pressing the button under in the battery compartment and waiting five seconds. Or, resetting the device completely and Going to the webpage to choose apps again, yadda yadda. After the 10 minutes it takes for this process, it rearranges the order in which you have your apps which is a pain! It probably takes another 10 minutes every time I have to reset the remote. Ugh! While I love the device, seriously, do something about the remote Roku!

I bought this to turn a 20-year-old TV into a modern internet accessible one. I spent a lot of money on this TV and could only use it when connected to cable and HD cable box which was expensive. With the streaming stick I can use it as I do my other Roku TV's, no cable just Wi-Fi streaming. Definitely a great low-cost purchase that I would recommend!

Streaming, loading as ops, etc is great, However, the Remot could be a lot better, as follows: 1-volume and mute buttons on wrong side of remote for right hand people (most people! ) should move to left side! . 2- need a button to change HDMI input(source) 3- pause,rewind fast forward should be bigger buttons, and moved up on the remote a little so they fall under your thumb better!

We have (5) Roku in our home. (3) with The Mic. I like the Roku for streaming. The thing that I do not like over Cable. Is you have no place to get a discrimination of the Channel that you are watching with the service channel Guide. But that aside! All is Great. We love the Roku service. Had Fire Sticks. Roku is a lot better.

We have multiple Roku Sticks but on one TV in particular (the most used in the home) we have replaced the 4K Stick several times because we continue to lose video on about a once per week basis. Audio continues but video drops. We have to disconnect the Roky and reconnect it regain video

Roku seems simple enough and now it says I must use up to 50 characters so I am going to keep writing against my will this in fact is the first time that Roku has made me do something I did not like nor wish I will i could write my own review under my terms but RoKU would not allow that so I went from a 5 star to a 4 star because I dont like being told what todo with out and explanation that makes sense to me.

This is my second Roku 4K streaming stick that I have purchased. The previous one lasted me 5 years without any issues. However, about 3 months ago, it stopped working due most likely to a blackout in are neighborhood. When I went on to turn on the Roku it didn't respond. I think the new 4K stick video wise looks even better than the old one it replaced, brighter picture, but can't verify for sure without an A/B comparison. All the features I love on a Roku are there easy to navigate interface , voice recognition, very snappy and quick switching from different channels, and programs with little to no lag. The user experience for me is much better than the Amazon fire stick I used previously. The only real criticism for me is the remote did not include a backlight feature. However, that was solved by buying extra on their site, the Roku backlit remote.
