I bought my Roku Streaming Stick 4K about a month ago...I like it... great Streaming but the problem I have is with the remote...it works when it wants to...I have replaced the batteries and still...It's tiring to wait for it to kick in ...how does one get a replacement remote??

The use of this Roku stick is as simple as it gets. Just plug it into the back of your TV and attach the extra cord to the t.v. or a power block ( like the one for your phone) and you are ready to go! We have a premier one and an older small remote control device and this one works just as easy and as well!

I wish I would have gotten this sooner. I have a Samsung tv that has no apps. I am now able to watch my apps because of Roku. I’ve lived years without cable and now I’m able to watch live free tv. Great investment for the price. I’ve been missing out.

This is my 6th Roku appliance. I have loved the app since my first one about 15 years ago, and I just keep adding to all my TVs. I bought this one because I hated the bloated and complicated interface on my one year old LG TV. It was just too difficult to navigate around all those pre-loaded apps, the antenna channels, and the streaming apps. This ROKU stick, makes it easy again. My only complaints are the massive difference in volume levels, between the broadcast antenna channels, and the (mainly) Youtube streaming channel. And that Photoview is no longer functioning. I wish there was an app that linked my Google photos, with a screensaver. But oh well...can't have everything!

Bought this approximately 5 weeks ago.Extremely easy to set up.Very user friendly.Easy to navigate through the many features.Impressed with the many programs that are available for viewing.The few times that I was having with technical issues,the support staff was very good in helping me resolve my issues.

I love the low profile of the stick and the ease of installation. It’s great that the cable providers have an app you can use to stream their services, but that only works if your TV operating system supports it. I have an LG TV and it did not support the streaming app of my cable provider, the Roku streaming stick made the access seamless!!

I have 2 Rokus. I cut the cord at the beginning of the Pandemic and have not been sorry. I highly recommend Roku for anyone and will replace them with more when they wear out. Pair it up with a Tableau and I can record what I want to watch whenever I want to watch it. The 2 products work well together and I am grateful to have them both.

I have a TCL TV with Roku. When I heard that a stick was available I purchased it for a gift. My sister's TV does not have Roku. It was really easy to set up and the picture is better than it was with cable. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a TV with HDMI and wants Roku.

My wife and I recently acquired access to high speed internet allowing us to consider streaming as an alternative to our Dish Network system. We have enjoyed the Dish service for more than 25 years. Some things are superior on the ROKU but we are missing some features we liked with the old system. For to retired people in our 70s the learning curve has been steep but we are getting along. Value wise, we are happy to be spending less per month and the provider we chose offers most of what we are accustomed to and a lot of new alternatives. We are glad we made the switch.

We bought Roku so that my wife could continue to watch Japanese television shows via the JME app. We rarely, if ever, are just able to get directly into Roku and then into JME. Generally, we have to go through a number of intervening steps to get to the Roku Home Screen. I have contacted Roku Customer Service several times, and they are as helpful as salt for sweetening tea.
