We love and enjoy using Roku so much. It's very convenient, easy to use/ user friendly and we were able to access all the Apps , channels, videos, programs, etc....that we were looking for. Great device and deeply appreciate it's features. We highly recommend Roku to all are friends, family and relatives. It's superb. More power to Roku!

Hello. Thee is a small issue with the streaming stick. When I turn it on and select an app, it'll ask if i want to continue to watch it then when I select yes, nothing happens. I have to go back to the home screen and reselect the app. Just wanted to make you aware of the issue and thank you

I like how easy it is to set up the streaming stick but the only drawback I can see is where the volume buttons are placed. It's inconvenient and my fingers keep hitting those buttons on the right side of the stick when I'm holding it and fast forwarding, etc. If they had put them higher up it wouldn't be as big a problem or on the left side of the stick.

I got 2 Tv that have fire stick and 4 with Roku. Roku is the easiest to work and loaded quickly. I’ve upgraded 3 of them with the 4k sticks. It has a great picture. My smart TV will freeze up in the sports but not on the Roku. I installed with the smart TV.

I have 3 Roku sticks. The most recent one that I purchased started giving me the HDCP Error - 20 often. I tried everything that was suggested by customer support and still had the issue. It also got very hot and sometimes it showed nothing but black screen on TV and I had to restart. A couple days ago I started my TV using Roku as usual and the TV screen blinked and went black. I could not start my TV after that even with disconnecting Roku and my cable. The TV is damaged now and I have a feeling the most recent Roku stick had something to do with it a the TV is ony 5 tears old.

I bought this recently because a friend said the only way I could subscribe to F1-tv was through Roku. i had a 10 year old roku stick and remote which I upgraded to a current one. Still exploring but there seem to be other good things like Sky news (UK). I downgraded my optimum from core to basic. Can’t get Mets baseball which I would like.

I have used older Roku devices for many years and was ready for a upgrade and choose The Roku Streaming Stick 4K. It was Fact and easy to setup and use. It is packed with features and has Excellent WiFi and streaming Performance. The Included Voice response Remote seems to work well but I rarely use that feature. The only feature It lacks That I would like is a USB input that would allow me to play media from a USB drive.

The product is great. I am having difficulty, however, getting accustomed to the various ways of accessing the shows I like. As the title states, the remote is too small and with the volume buttons on the side, I am constantly pressing them by accident when I try to work with the remote. I am also having difficulty figuring out what each of the buttons do when you are on the various screens.

Excellent product. Easy to use. I like the fact it is larger than the Amazon Firestick and doesn't have the mouse in the middle. It doesn't take 2 hands to hold it and it is solid and fits in your hand well. I also like the way the volume and mute buttons are positioned so you can slide your right hand to adjust it. I also own a Firestick but don't use it for a bunch of reason put a main reason it is too small to handle. Sounds crazy it takes 2 hand to manipulate a smaller unit but this Roku is perfect. The Voice command is a plus and also the fact that the signal is not line of sight but some type of radio signal so you don't have to point the Roku at the screen or Roku receiver.

I bought my Roku Streaming Stick 4K about a month ago...I like it... great Streaming but the problem I have is with the remote...it works when it wants to...I have replaced the batteries and still...It's tiring to wait for it to kick in ...how does one get a replacement remote??
