I have 2 TV’s with ROKU sticks and the ROKU sticks are at least 7 or 8 years old. I purchased a new TV (have 3 TV’s now) and I purchased a new ROKU stick for my new TV. The new ROKU stick seems to work much faster (plus it has a power button and volume control which the other two did not). I decided to replace my two old ROKU’s simply because the newer one works faster and has more features. I “recycled” the old ROKU sticks by giving them away. I do enjoy having power and volume controls my new ROKU sticks.

As a long-time user, I have come to really like Roku streaming devices overall. Setup is super easy and streaming is seamless for the most part. Minuses have to do with the remote control. I have have several that just quit working for no apparent reason.

The streaming it’s great and comes handy because i have a Samsung tv and i have cable company and want to download the app to my tv and receive a message that tv didn’t have enough memory to download the app so in my case that’s how i learned about Roku and able to stream live tv but the part that I find difficult is the remote doesn’t have key numbers to change to a favorite channel on tv .

We are a Roku household getting rid of our cable company's set top boxes in favor of using Roku to access our cable company's services and other streaming products. So easy to set up and use and this is coming from a tech no little. This was purchased for my second TV. It is a smart TV but the only way I could get my TV provider's app which was only available through he internet on the TV. and didn't work well. Roku has it built in. Easy access now. The only thing I would change is to have it quit asking me if I am still watching so often.

The Roku 4K Streaming is a great value in providing high quality streaming and access to popular streaming apps and channels. Setup is easy with current model TV brands plus sound bars or AVR audio. The voice activated remote control makes data entry easier than previous models. All around, this is an excellent product for a wide range of users without dependence on broadcast or cable TV.

The process was easy to set up, minimal packaging and direct, easy instructions. I also like the fact that Roku has it's own "channel" with some good programming. I haven't tested everything out yet (like the voice option) but I'm glad this version has options, while still keeping it easy. If I had to complain, it would be the mute button on the right side of the remote. The way I hold the device, I keep accidentally hitting that button, but it's not a major issue. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Roku is amazing, would be a 5 star rating, my only complaint is that the volume up button on the remote, often turns the volume down for some reason. Kind of frustrating but otherwise, such a cool and affordable product that makes me not miss cable television!
