These are probably my 8th Roku product and I love them. I have been using Roku since the very first product I was aware of in 2010. I own that plus a Roku 2, an original Roku Stick, 4 Upgraded Roku sticks, and now 2 Roku 4K sticks. And I recently bought my daughter a Roku TV, so I can say I am all in on Roku. I have reviewed the other technologies but decided that I prefer Roku over all of them. Even though my new TV is a smart tv I bought this stick for it because I prefer Roku over other setups.

I have 2 of these and they both did the same thing. You can not leave them plugged in or it will destroy them. Many an evenings entertainment interrupted while I have to setup the XBox or another streamer to finish a show. Now have an AppleTV and it never has a problem. My old Roku HD Express never had a problem but I wasted too much money on this 4k stick.

I have two Roku streaming devices and like them very much. I think they are much better than the smart tv app streaming applications. I have never paid for streaming movies and the Roku provides me with a very diverse category of free movies with ads—which I don’t mind.

I bought this Roku after another dispute between network TV & our satellite carrier. Easy enough to get it up & running. I got the local channel we wanted, network has some connection issue. I've watched Beverly Hillbillies, Eight Are Enough, and a couple other oldies I haven't noticed on satellite. I still get newer shows that I like.

My son had been telling me to get the Roku stick, and I'm so glad I finally did. So easy to set up the system and a breeze to navigate and select the apps you want to download. And the Roku app has a lot of good movies and shows to watch. Good product at a reasonable price.

I absolutely love my Roku streaming stick! I can watch all kinds of shows for free and I can download a lot of apps that I can watch even more free shows through. The remote is super easy to use. The only issue I have with it is that it will not control my tv even though it claims to connect to it. I have to use the tv remote to control the volume and on/off button. It’s not a big deal to me so I still give it five stars.

The new sticks were to replace the original streaming stick, I purchased 3. The ones that replaced the stick on an older Samsung tv did not control the sound, had to go back to the original. The other two replaced one on a Panasonic and the other replaced one on a Sony tv. There were no installation problems.

The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is a faster device than the previous Express or low end devices. The blue tooth version works better than the IR version. The channels flip through the selection quickly and the selected channel comes up quickly. I wish the Roku TV set that I have would do the same. Seems like they need that technology in their TVs.

My original Roku Streaming Stick 4k was defective, I guess. The customer service rep worked and worked with me to get it working, with no success, so she had a new Streaming Stick sent to me, which is working perfectly and better than the original one ever did. I’m grateful for your service!!

Got the Roku to use the Tablo OTA device/DVR. Setup was easy and quick. I originally used the Firestick, but the Tablo app seems to like Roku better. Plus I find the Roku interface more intuitive than Firestick. I also love that the remote automatically sets up to control TV power and volume.
